OK for the money, unless you just want a base

Access to swimming pool (small one), most things in accommodation one might need (bring: shower stuff, washing up stuff, towels and hairdryer). Nice location. Local bar on site. Walking distance from Brixham

No towels. Lack of decent programme in the local bar, need slight upgrade. We were put at flat 93, very furthest at the park

Brixham holiday park

The staff in the bar were lovely as we're people in reception, the site was lovely and quiet the week kids went back. Not far from the town but be aware it is hilly, there's a lovely cove but it's a steep hill away or you can go round the side to some steps but they are still a little steep but nice cafe at the bottom outside seating only but lovely fresh food and helpful staff. The town is friendly the harbour amazing along with the wildlife. I would stay again though probably in one of the caravans. Plenty of storage room and table and chairs if you want to make your own food, couple if comfy chairs if you don't mind being sat up right when lounging a small sofa would have been nicer, there is a tv but again as basic as they come. Couldn't find the free WiFi so make sure you have plenty on your phones. Swimming pool looks good but didn't get a chance to use it and small launderette. Small amount of basic shopping items in reception that would get you through until you get to a larger shop and a nice small play area for the kids. The only entertainment this time of year is the bingo shop be prepared to travel. The food in the bar is good and it's cheap.

The shower was cold, there's no plug sockets in the bedroom so either bring an extension lead or you need to use the plug for kettle and toaster in the kitchen. The water is Luke warm at best but we managed as wasn't that cold this week but would'nt stay in a cold week.

Loved the location and the fact it had a pool

Some parts look a bit tired and I was disappointed the pool closed so early in the school holidays. Also it needs to be made clear how steep the walk is from the harbour.

Basic park but great value for money.

This is a lovely holiday park, basic but clean and functional. Staff were great, swimming pool was clean and lovely and warm and never very busy. We stayed.in a caravan and this again was basic but comfy and had no issues. Walk to stony cove only 5 mins but very steep hill but this park is a great location to stay in for the local area as only max half hour away from beaches and family friendly attractions. Would be happy to come and stay again.

No WiFi in rooms - Only in clubhouse. Clubhouse could do with a deep clean. Needs another mirror in 2nd bedroom no 17 Food in clubhouse was okay, but not the best The damp musty small in our apartment no 17. We opened windows etc but it needed a good deep clean. Once home our clothes and suitcases smelt musty and clothes had to be washed twice. No soap (just watered down one) in ladies toilets in clubhouse.

Brixham

Was close to little bay

Chalet was on the dated side, not much to do. Seats had plastic tube holding cover in place when sat on came out. Not enough plug sockets. Smelt doggy and horrible smell of dog pee on carpet. Tried cover the smell with air freshener. Fridge was awful not very cold. No instructions of how to use microwave. Could not see out of window properly as glass panel had blown. Also cooker was leaning forward not level.

Nice place to stay while exploring Devon

We had a two bedroom apartment. It was clean and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was open from 9am to 5pm and we could come any time without booking. 15 min walk to town centre and fish market. Don't forget to bring your toiletries and towels (and dishwashing liquid)

Great potential but i think they lost their focus

Nice location but lacking in many ways. No WiFi in a location where cell signal is questionable is not good especially as to deploy wifi on such a small site would be minimal cost . Yes it had wifi apparently in the bar but that’s all . No shower or toilet facilities in the pool area is a serious health concern as it means people go in unshowered and encourages some to just urinate in the pool i suspect. Our biggest issues however were the musty smell on the crockery and cutlery . Washing these solved the issue which was more difficult than necessary as the kitchen sink had no plug. Leaving a plug and even a small detergent would have been a nice gesture. The TV reception was also questionable and with no internet access there were no alternatives. One last observation , on seeing all the White UPVC framework covered in dirty marks in the restaurant which would again have been minimal effort to have been kept on top of were instead built up seemingly over the years. In summary no attention to detail across the site. Don’t expect to find an available power outlet as apparently they don’t provide any due to “ overloading the electrical supply “ hmm whilst I understand that ( sort of ) i don’t buy it unless we are all going to turn our cookers and water heaters on at the same time.

I walked in Brixham, and left my car outside the caravan. Caught the bus to Paignton.

If, there was WiFi there was nothing in the book in the caravan mentioning it or a password to use it. I had been disappointed about a lack of it.

This is our third stay at this holiday park and we always enjoy it.

The location is excellent, just walking distance from coves, and harbour and the towns shops and eateries.

Few cushions in the lounge for the armchairs. The room where the arcade machines were has been replaced with a DVD/ book library Feel this would be better suited to either a larger grocery selection or something more interesting for young families.

The location was beautiful, within walking distance of Brixham. You could leave the car at the park and walk.

Fabulous location. Very clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a very tasty full English breakfast. Would stay again. Lovely to pop into Battery Gardens opposite and pop down to Fishcombe Cove just as the sun is going down

Pleasantly surprised at accommodation and staff.

Location 15 minutes walk into Brixham. Comfortable bed and everything very clean. Also cooking utensils /saucepans etc all seemed new.

Stale smell when we 1st arrived but left door open and it disappeared. Also opened bedroom window. Presume it was because it had been shut up.

Lovely, clean accommodation & site & made to welcome.

I did my own breakfast as l don’t eat that much just cereal & toast, loved the swimming pool as l haven’t been for years, this is my first time without my wife as she’s passed away, been 3 times to your park before, love the location.
