Comfortable and clean and had everything I needed, well equipped kitchen, plenty of parking, quiet and the on site staff were amazing, so kind and went out of their way to help me with a booking issue that Hoseasons were absolutely useless about. Plus 2 mins walk to a stunning beach, 10 mins walk thru woodland to an even more stunning beach, and beyond that an even MORE stunning beach! Just lovely all round,

The property itself was great. The booking experience was misleading and potentially dangerous for people with severe allergies. I booked 4nights accommodation for £199 (the cheapest option) and the confirmation I received said ‘silver 1 chalet slps 4 Pet’. I had a look at the holiday park site map and saw some of the chalets were called ‘Petrel’ so that made sense to me. Checked again thw day before leaving and noticed the holiday park had pet friendly accommodation. I am very allergic to pets so contacted Hoseasons via this app here to check I hadn’t been booked in pet friendly accom, because I definitely didn’t book pet friendly accom, and there is nothing on Booking.com that distinguishes accom here as pet friendly or not! The Hoseasons response was, essentially, ‘tough, it’s your fault for booking the cheaper option’. I rang Brixham Holiday Park directly and they were able to help move me, at no extra cost, and apologised for the misleading information on Booking.com, and explained that it is the responsibility of Hoseasons. All this to say, book directly with Brixham Holiday Park, not via this app or Hoseasons, because there is still no information about whether accommodation is pet friendly or not when you make a booking choice, which is completely misleading and puts the staff on site in an unnecessarily stressful position, having to manage customers who arrive and not get the room they expect and are upset or put at risk of potentially life threatening allergic reactions.

The park management (who are separate to Ho Seasons) was pleasant and helpful and worked out a partial practical solution to the booking issues. The location, just a couple of minutes to two very nice beaches and a pleasant 15 minutes walk to the harbour

Recommendation: If you're interested in this park, don't book through Booking and/or Ho Seasons but rather go direct. Ho Seasons are either using misleading advertising or can't be trusted to allocate accommodation correctly. We booked 'Mobile Home 5' specifically choosing that one due to the outside terrace and sea views, I believe we paid a small premium for it. HoSeasons either messed up the booking or are engaged in very misleading advertising. Our property had neither a terrace or a sea view. When we complained to HoSeasons we got a rather underwhelming 10% refund. The park management was nice enough to lend us some garden furniture free of charge and we improvised our own 'terrace', but still it's not what we had booked, and not what we would have booked even if it had been 10% cheaper. The park itself is fine, the static caravan was aligned to expectations, basic but clean.
