The location is perfect for walking into the town. Especially the harbour area.
Accommodation is overall excellent value for money.
Staff as usual are helpful, pleasant, polite and professional. They are a credit to the holiday park.
Water pressure was too low on hot water only. Only a trickle of water from the kitchen and bathroom taps.
A heated towel rail in the bathroom would have been good. Struggled to dry towels for use over the weeks break.

Fabulous location for Brixham and some beautiful walks. Bedding was comfortable and clean.
Toilet smelt bad. very basic utensils (no kitchen knives). Towels not provided.
Clubhouse was noisy and the food looked horrible.
