4 bedrooms,sleep 8,good for families.2 toilets.Close to town,harbour.

Lots!Took photos of cracked wine glass base,much crockery chipped.broken hoover hose,been taped up already,but unusable,broken cistern handle upstairs,broken window hinge found under drawers,damaged walls/woodwork.Neighbour came out as we arrived just to unload before moving car to car park,and she was very rude saying we couldn't park there and could we move! A lamp in lounge would have been better than glaring bright ceiling lights. Earwigs were EVERYWHERE! Found in cupboards,in my clothes in the morning, and in all rooms. I Do appreciate it is an old building,but not a nice sight. Dishwasher tablets provided,but NO DISHWASHER ANYWAY!! WEIRD. Parking not available,had to juggle with the car parks.The most Annoying part was Verification of booking.I was bombarded with texts and emails,at least 15 or more,from Truvi and other partners,suggesting if I didn't complete form,my holiday would not go ahead,even though I had screenshot of my Verification being completed. The site I booked on,booking.com said PETS welcome at no extra cost,again screenshotted,and put on my application form,but First thing we read in House Brochure was NO PETS ALLOWED!! Something needs to be updated.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds and bedding. Excellent communication with hosts. Spacious rooms meant comfort for our large family.

Dirty carpets (not just stained). Vacuum broken and difficult to use. Poor decor with some tatty areas such as bath panel and peeling of walls in some parts. Kitchen handle came off in hand. My children found 3 bags of open sweets and a glass was unwashed in the cupboard.
