1 Greenswood Court

It was close to town with shops and restaurants nearby. It was very clean with washer dryer, dishwasher (with tablets for both) and gas hob with electric oven and electric cooling fan (in sitting area). Small selection of tea,coffee, biscuits, milk and condiments and oil, which were very welcoming after a long drive. Also cleaning equipment, washing up liquid etc. Next door neighbours were very helpful giving directions and recommendations and any queries about the property. We were a couple and as the property is not serviced during your stay (4days) there was 2 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 2 tea towels, 1 toilet roll.

It was lovely but it is on a crossroads, it has pedestrian crossings just outside though. I mentioned to the lady next door that it could do with a new padded ironing board. Bottom key lock does not seem to work.

For the price we paid, we couldn’t complain. The property is walking distance to Brixham and has everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay. Neighbours are friendly and helpful too. Brixham is beautiful with some stunning beaches and the harbour. Thanks for a great stay!

It can be noisy due to loud main road.

It was in a good location, had parking.Could walk to Brixham harbour.It was a lovely cottage.

The front door needs immediate replacement.We could not get in when we first arrived.It felt like the whole frame was about to break.There was a note on it stating there was a problem.I rang a couple of numbers, one would tell me the other number was the owner, when in fact it wasn’t.Communication was awful! Please fix the door and have better communication.
