Wonderful

The stay was wonderful! We really enjoyed both the surroundings and the helpful, friendly hosts – we felt welcome from the very beginning. The rooms were beautiful and cozy, with all the necessary household items provided, which made our stay very comfortable. It was also very convenient that we were allowed to keep our vehicle in the garage. We especially loved the pool – a perfect place to relax after a long day. Everything was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details. We would definitely love to come back again!

Clean and comfortable. Nice small pool for use with beds and umbrella. Sabina, the host, was very friendly and helpful. Quiet area. Easy parking outside front of apartment so great as we had a car. Easy to visit other areas at bottom of Lake Garda

Longer walk than expected to centre - 30mins , made more difficult due to very warm weather. It would be more pleasant in cooler conditions. Bed a little hard, but I have personal preference for a softer bed.

Amazing! Wish we could stay longer!

It had many different facilities in the room that we didn’t even know we needed - and that really was a thoughtful gesture. Everything from coffee and water to body lotion and cotton pads. The room was clean and the balcony and pool area was super nice. Sabina and Nico were wonderful hosts that accepted a later check in, and helped us when we had questions. They answered massages and provided help fast when needed. They even offered to drive us to the supermarket, which was a really nice gesture.

The location could be a liiiittle closer to the city, but that was something we knew when we booked - and nothing that was a problem. It was absolutely possible to walk.

Tranquil retreat whilst feeling like home

Immaculate, peaceful setting , gorgeous pool & sabina was so lovely , she went out of her way to make our stay pleasurable, the room had everything we needed.

As we didn’t hire a car , it’s a long up hill walk, but sabina did explain about the local bus ,which helped .

Really comfortable

Really comfortable spacious room. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and so nice to have good lighting in the room and decent size bath towels. The swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing few days. It is about a 20 Minute walk to the main lake area, some of it up hill. However a 5 minute walk away is a really lovely local’s restaurant, Osteria dal Penna with delicious food at a good price. We would highly recommend this establishment, the attention to detail makes for a really comfortable stay, one of the best places we have stayed in.

Apartment had everything you needed and more with little touches like toast, jams, coffee pods and tea and nice cold water in fridge 😀

The only thing for us was the location as it was a little bit too far for us because trying to get taxi back at night was very difficult.

Our stay was most enjoyable, Sabina the host was very helpful. The kids loved the swimming pool, we had booked two rooms and they more than met our needs

Superb

Sabina was so friendly and helpful and always had a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Such a lovely modern room with all modern appliances. We would highly recommend this place and would have been quite happy to pay more. The photos didn't lie. It looked exactly as advertised.We can highly recommend A Casa Di Sabina.

Een heerlijk rustig en modern verblijf buiten het centrum van Desenzano.

Het was vrij modern en nieuw. Heerlijk kleinschalig, waardoor je ook privacy hebt. Voldoende moderne faciliteiten en twee grote supermarkten op ~ 15 minuten lopen.

De douche was erg klein. Een middelgroot persoon kan er zijn kont moeilijk in keren. De loungeset was erg hard. Kussens zijn heel dun.

L'allotjament està situat en un barri tranquil a prop del centre. L'habitació és gran, àmplia i té tot el necessari per passar una molt bona estada. La cuina està ben equipada i el lavabo té una magnifica claraboia que proporciona llum natural tot el dia. La decoració de tota la Casa i també de l'habitació és moderna, clara i distribuïda amb molt bon gust. Molt recomanable.

La casa è nuova e pulita. Noi eravamo nel monolocale giallo ed era perfetto. La casa si trova nella prima periferia ma con i mezzi pubblici si arriva facilmente in centro e alle spiagge. Nei dintorni un comodo centro commerciale. La piscina è pulita e silenziosa. I padroni di casa disponibili e attenti.Materassi e cuscini ottimi.

Für den hohen Preis war die Leistung nicht entsprechend.

Die Vermieterin war extrem freundlich. Wir durften sogar kostenlos in der Garage parken. Der Pool war sehr angenehm.

Die Wohnung war sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Nahezu kein Geschirr und Töpfe. Nur zwei Kochplatten. Es war nur ein großer Raum, Küche/schlafen/Essen war alles in einem Raum.
