Beautiful property in a great location.

The property is in a stunning location, with unspoilt views of the lake from the huge sun terrace. The views from the inside are also beautiful, so lovely to wake up to. Ideal location, about 15 minutes walk to the old town.

The only improvement would have been cushions for the sun loungers.

A lovely apartment but not luxury, with fantastic views

This is a nice property in a great position with a fabulous view. It’s 20 mins walk from the old town and about 25 mins walk from the mainland . The facilities are great , nice shower and bathroom , big comfy bed and small but perfectly adequate kitchen . It has a lovely large terrace which is great for alfresco dining with a nice hot tub or plunge pool in our case as it was 30 degrees every day and loungers , although no cushions for the loungers which are hard rattan and a bit hard on your back . Property has a sauna but not sure why really as it’s so hot outside .

Firstly the owner told us we had access to the garden below and a wooden pier which goes out into the lake , looked lovely from up on our balcony but in reality the garden isn’t maintained very well and the pier is awful . It’s got bird poo all over it, it’s absolutely disgusting, you can’t sunbathe on it or access the lake at all . About 15/20 gulls sit on it every day and they are big birds ! It’s such a shame as it could be a real feature. The metal ladder down to the lake is rusty and looks unsafe as well Secondly Sirmione is plagued with tiny white feathery insects which in the day are fine but at night they head towards the lights and swarm , this was the case at the apartment so you can’t actually sit out at night on the terrace because there’s so many of them and they head towards the large windows as well when you have the lights on inside and there are loads! My advice is before dusk put the metal shutters down before putting lights on inside and don’t put the outside lights on , not unless you don’t mind thousands of insects around you , we didn’t like it . The apartment was fairly clean inside , I did have to have a quick sweep up inside and out but it could do with a deep clean especially outside , lots of flies and insects stuck to the awning and walls and also on the floors inside . Not a luxury property

Everything! From the beginning we went to the hotel in town and reception were lovely and accommodating. Then Maurizio kindly drove us to the property and showed us how everything worked and was very nice and welcoming. The stay was the best I was there celebrating my 40th birthday and wow what an experience. The location of the property is fantastic and easy walk to the old town and easy walk in the other direction to buses and main town. The villa was stunning, the best view ever, quiet, comfortable, great air conditioning, fabulous shower, best Jacuzzi, so relaxing. Wonderful swans 🦢 in the garden waiting for their eggs to hatch. Bliss and tranquility. The villa also had its own sauna. The kitchen was handy for cooking also. Comfortable bed. I didn’t want to leave. I would love to come back again. Thanks so much for the most wonderful stay. We will be back!

Amazing experience

The whole experience was really amazing. You would hardly get better views and overall aparment than this in the area. We had an apartment on the upper floor with a private whirlpool and sauna. Also, there is parking in a garage under the building

Everything was great except maybe better communication before some personnel would come (for example, to clean the area or attend to the flowers) as privacy is the main thing in suite like this 🙂

Hervorragend und sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Die Lage war fantastisch- 1km bis in die Altstadt! Die Aussicht atemberaubend! Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen, Abwicklung, etc....( Danke für euren Einsatz- hier kommt man gerne wieder)! Die Tiefgarage tip top ( sollte mal schlechtes Wetter angesagt sein- beruhigt dass doch sehr), Sauna und Whirlpool ein Traum! Direkter Seezugang ! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Sehr freundliches Personal 👍🏼 Wir wurden in das Appartement begleitet und es wurde uns alles vor Ort gezeigt. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft und unbezahlbar 💋❤️ Wir konnten hier total entspannen und waren trotz Hitze in unserer Sauna. Luxus pur. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen
