House is in a very pleasant setting shaded by trees on a hillside with good views; very private and peaceful; recently remodeled house in with very high quality fittings and furnishing; excellent air conditioning (in every room); private bath in every room (major plus for families or groups of friends). Spacious well fitted kitchen; shaded porch for dining.
