Good stopover for work
Easy access to the property from the street even better when we parked in the car park at the back as the door is next door to the flat.The flat was spotless there was enough of everything you could want or need. Loved the breakfast items this was a unexpected bonus
No hot water shower was ok as electric. No Wifi? would have liked details of how to work TV and access Wifi. Flat was cold for a long time thought windows were open as there was so much wind and cold coming in no curtains in lounge

Hidden gem
Immaculately clean condition, very comfortable, lots of little extras (lovely touches). Great for parking, nice quiet area... Local Morrison store just around corner, lovely walk along river front. This is a hidden gem... I highly recommend.. I will be booking again!!

Lovely quiet and cosy flat.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cosy flat, it's kept beautifully clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, the big walk in shower is lovely. The beds were very comfortable which made a change from other places we have stayed, also blackout curtains meant we slept very well. Very quiet area and safe parking opposite the flat, also very close to the river which makes for a lovely walk into Dumfries. Thank you Anetta for the treats which were very welcome, we have already booked for next year.🤗

A great apartment for a city break or touring the area. Would recommend.
Great location within easy walking distance to the riverside and town centre. Good parking right outside the window and a quiet cul-de-sac. Liked the kitchen and the fact that the host left some breakfast items and condiments, so could make a coffee immediately upon arrival.
Hot water wasn't great due to the system installed which was fiddly.
