Great spacious apartment in a convenient location

Great location, nearby parking. Spacious and warm. Like using a key safe.Enough beds for 6 people.. Big mirrors with sockets next to them.

The apartment needs redecorating and there was mould on the bathroom ceiling but it was a great price so it wasn't a problem.

Great location by the river and very close to the centre

Peter the Host was extremely helpful and supporting when we knocked the heating off by accident he came round within 10 minutes to sort it out. he then told me about his plans to totally renovate the property.

The flat was a little tired but perfect for what we needed.

Fabulous apartment within easy walking distance for all amenities.

The perfect apartment for the weekend. Good location, clean and spacious.

Great sized apartment and everything we needed for our stay. Beds are comfy, sofa was huge and towels were soft and fluffy! Wasn't far from the station and shopping centre.

We couldn't work out the thermostat for heating. One moment we were a little cold and the next night it was very hot. We didn't know where to dispose of rubbish and full bin bags. Decor is a little rough in areas but was perfect for what we needed.

Not what I was expecting for a Very Good rating.

Nothing. We didn’t end up even staying. Found another room. The owner/manager was prompt in responding to guide through self check in.

This property is very old and hasn’t been kept up. It seemed clean but needs a lot of work. The building itself and the entrance was not good. We went in and checked it out, hoping to find it better on the inside, and promptly secured another room n town for the night.

Great location & clean comfy beds but that’s it.

The outside looks like a run down prison. The enterence is rough and the rooms in the apartment are all in need of some work and repairs. It’s very disappointing. Mold and lots of it in the bathroom, dirty towels left in the washer machine. Food crumbs in the oven tray. The sofa was very grubby, you can feel it on your hands that’s it’s never been stripped and cleaned. Holes around the rooms, oven not attached to the original wall so it it’s looks scruffy. Shelf attached to the fire which is shabby. Joiner working in the flat below all day on the Saturday-we were not notified of this (and it’s the owners property) it was noisy all day!

Walking and rugby

Fantastic location, clean and tidy, comfortable and great value for money. The owners were great to deal with. Have stayed previously and will stay again.

Two of the lads had difficulty with the key box.

If you're after something cheap and cheerful as a base for a night or 2, this is great.

Location is great, opposite the river with some lovely views. Car Parking is plentiful - layby directly opposite property fits 4 vehicles, but there are 2 proper car parks within a few hundred metres. Host (Peter) really communicative and pleasant with clear instructions on where to park, how to access the building and keys etc. Beds were comfortable, property was clean.

Whilst the property itself is clean, well appointed with everything you could need, it is very tired and in desperate need of some TLC. A good lick of paint, replace some flooring and it would massively lift the place.

It served the purpose of our visit and it was clean and comfortable

There was everything that we needed and very central to the town centre and parking was great too

The only negative comment is the morning when we were leaving, went to fry the bacon for a sandwich before we left and the frying pan was dirty and used from whoever was there before so had to wash that, traffic was noisy but that can’t be helped but I would advise taking some ear plugs which I was glad I did but besides that all was fine,

It was quite noisy in the bedroom at the back. Also It was quite tricky pressing the keypad - very sensitive so light touch required.
