Lovely flat, just as described.

The apartment is exactly as described, the directions for locating and parking made accessing it easy. Location is only a few 100meters from the city so easy to access everything. Everything inside was clean and it was nice and warm too. Would definitely recommend.

It was very clean, everything we needed was provided.

The hot water didn’t work the morning we left so we were unable to wash the dishes we had used. The owner was going to send someone out, however it was our last day so it didnt impact on our stay.

Lovely little apartment. Supplied different cereal,milk, bread and eggs! Shower gel/shampoo and towels I only stayed there to sleep as got there late and then left early but if you were to stay properly then its a good spot. We only used the place to sleep basically but if you stayed for a weekend the location is good and books/cards & games for the kids too. Thankyou

Spacious clean apartment in a great location to site see.

Spacious apartment for a family of four in a great location especially for people wanting to see Robert Burns sites. Owners left parking passes to park right outside.

One of two shower doors was broken and filled in with a shower curtain. Also a big step-up to get up into the shower which made it challenging for those with who are not sure-footed.

Massive flat in a great location

The location is magnificent. The bed was really comfortable. In fact, is is the best nights sleep I have had for ages. The whole process was great. Place was really clean, with the exception of the old shower screens / door. The place is massive. The couches are lovely. Bread, butter, milk and eggs provided, although as didn't partake.

The bathroom is very small. The shower door could do with replacing - it is really grubby on the bottom.

Having stayed before, it always a place I aim to book when in the area as the location is very convenient and the price is always spot on. Communication with the owner is always very easy and there are supermarkets nearby if you need them.

Comfortable apartment in Central Dumfries

Lovely clean, spacious and warm flat. Plenty of condiments in the kitchen. Also bread, coffee, tea and milk supplied. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely lounge with huge TV and 2 large sofas. Table and chairs with 6 chairs in the flat. Lots of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, crockery and glasses supplied. Easy to find rubbish bins outside the flat.

There was only one shelf in the oven which would have made it a bit difficult to cook more than one thing at a time in the oven. The shower head couldn’t be adjusted easily.

Overnight stay - perfect for what we needed

Good location - parking was on the street but didn't see the parking permits till the following morning as we arrived extremely late but the owners had made all the beds in readiness which was greatly appreciated along with the essentials in the fridge which was very kind.

Parking permits needed to be more visible. We didn't notice them when we arrived, due to the lateness, until the following morning but not a deal breaker as had to be up early so hopefully no fines!

It was very much like home from home. All amenities were available. Very clean and to contact the owners were very easy.

I has a little trouble putting the key into the lockbox when I was leaving, but having contacted the owners it all got very quickly sorted.
