Everything we needed for a relaxing break. Milk Butter bread eggs,sugar tea and coffee and toiletries all provided. Free WiFi. Great location very quiet. Very clean and tidy, home from home. Will definitely book for next year

The location was excellent.the parking was also excellent .your car is parked right outside the door.
The lounge had a large tv and the seating was very comfortable.
The kitchen fully equipped with a very good oven
The apartment was very warm with full central heating.
Overall an excellent stay please thank the owners for making it that way.
The closeness to the river walks and the town itself
No problems whatsoever whilst staying there.it was homely and comfortable.

the location was great, 5 mins walk from Robert burns house, right next to a River for scenery and 5 minutes walk to a nice restaurant that served delicious cocktails. Parking right outside the door. The flat was tidy upon arrival
the couch was quite uncomfortable and the bed, for me was a bit too soft and you fell into the middle. The bed was not made and there wasn't any clean towels left out when we arrived but this was rectified quickly. Although tidy the flat was not the cleanest.
