Great value but needs a deep clean.

The location is excellent and the host had left milk, tea, coffee, eggs and bread. The flat is spacious and easily accessible.

The place needs a deep clean and some issues sorted like the blinds needing fixed in the kitchen.

Second time I have stayed in this flat, scrupulously clean, comfortable, with every convenience you need. Would recommend, great for professionals, near the centre of town, parking guaranteed, lovely cosy flat.

Location was fantastic, flat was lovely and warm and had everything needed for a few days working away

The large sofa bed’s frame is damaged and it doesn’t go up properly so is incredibly uncomfortable. Thankfully there was another option though

The jacuzzi bath was amazing! The house was great and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and we had a very relaxing weekend 😊

Communication could have been better, had to message a few times to get a response and the bin hadn't been emptied.

Excellent location and comfortable

The location was excellent. A short walk to town and supermarkets. The park area and walks along the river were a bonus. An Italian restaurant, bar and coffee shop in the park were also a big plus

The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut unless locked. The lighting in the kitchen was poor and the wifi TV was intermittent and couldn’t watch Wimbledon

Central Dumphries Value Booking

This was the second time in this apartment and it was a cosey home feeling. Great size seperate lounge, bedroom and kitchen area. Like an apartment. Close to town, great Italian Restaurant within 100 metres that does amazing pizzas and great italian food. Great value for money in comparison to staying in a cramped hotel room.

A little bit of maintenance required on the bathroom drain pipes and some clear instructions on how to lock the front door and turn the heating on. Help from the neighbours solved all our problems.

Size of the premises was exceptional. Almost comparable to a small flat. A bit dated but clean and everything provided. Would definitley recommend for the location and the price. Parking at the front door and a great Italian restaurant 100 yards down the road.

Lovely Location. Our intention was to stay for a week explore the area and cook to keep costs down. Only a small step to get into apartment. Supermarkets nearby

Oven & oven pan left dirty along with a dirty roof of microwave. No Cutting board (damages the worktop without one) No cheese grater. Cooker hood light did not work. No cooking bowls or trays. Recommend pyrex they are cheap can use in oven & microwave, Chipped dinner plates No Instructions on how thing work or breakages book. ie tin open didn't work. Local service book would be usefull ie doctor phone number etc Could do with towel rail in bathroom either above the small radiator for hand towels and maybe one for bath towels by toilet. The 2 hooks on door not enough when clothes & towel need them. Bed room needs a second bedside table. Chair not needed and would have prefered a chest of drawers to put suit case on rather than the wardrobe. I could have hung up clothes in one of the two cupboards TV could not get teresterial picture only through apps. The WIFI to TV kept buffering, so annoying, recommend Powerline adapters (TP Link TLPA410P) Many of these comment have been mention before but nothing has been done. This could be a nice place but spoilt by penny pinching. A couple of small coffee tables in the lounge to put cups etc on rather than the large one as the sofas are not near each other. We were couple but would not recommend 4 adults with the sofa bed being the second bed.

Great, comfortable stay and good value for money.

Great location. Parking space just outside the door. Nice walks along the river right outside and a bar just a few hundred feet away. We asked for the sofa bed to set-up which was done and it wasn't the main sofa so we could still watch TV.

The only niggle was the bathroom door which doesn't close properly - not a major problem

Great destination for a night in transit to our final destination in Scotland.

Good apartment with all the amenities you need. Welcome pack of for breakfast was a nice bonus. Good private parking space. Because of the rainy weather we have not seen much of the area.

The small backyard was nothing special. We think that a little more attention could be paid to that.

Cute little flat with everything you need. We had 2 adults & 2 children staying. The 4 year old was over the moon to find some toys. It was a perfect location & the communication with the post was great. I would definitely stay again when in Dumfries. Thanks again for a comfortable stay.

Fabulous location with everything I needed!

The location is absolutely beautiful so couldn't resist going for a walk around the area especially since the weather was gorgeous. When I arrived I hadn't read the code correctly but with a quick call to the property owner I was in. Lovely apartment and had everything I needed for 2 nights here while I was taking part at a tough mudder. If the event goes ahead again I will definitely return.
