Greeted on arrival The apartment is fantastic. Living room is large comfy all that you need. Large bedroom comfy king-size bed. Bathroom has double shower and is spotless as is the whole apartment. Facilities include fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Welcome pack of biscuits, fruit, selection of teas aswell. Close vicinity to the town. Will defuse next time we are visiting

Great little apartment close to town and very private

Fantastic apartment, with loads of space. Anetta is a great host, and she provided some very welcome extras, like fruit, cookies and soft drinks. We definitely recommend her place

The apartment is great and would be better still with a small kitchenette with sink and perhaps a hob.

Great Little Place For A Couple Of Nights

Really clean apartment. Everything needed was there except a kitchen sink to wash dishes but host provided a basin, washing up liquid and tea towels, as well as a spot to leave used dishes for her to clean properly. Shower was great, bed comfortable, great value for money and a great spot to stay in Dumfries. On drive parking.

No kitchen sink/ cooker may be unexpected for some staying in an apartment. We were there for two nights only, so made no difference. Maybe not a place to stay for a longer time lime a week. No curtains in the bedroom as well as really thin blinds - people who need a dark bedroom should take a sleep mask.

apartment is clean, quite place

mainly host didn’t collect dirty plates and all daily, there was a place to leave all and no sink in the pantry. heating was v bad as controlled by host, most of the time it was v cold the apartment. didn’t re fill milk unless the once provided. the sofa cushions not good when sit on can feel the wood underneath and few tv channels nothing to watch except news

Great Stay

Had a great stay here - apartment is very cosy and very clean, perfect for a short stay for work. Very near shops/restaurants. Host Anetta is very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place....

In relation to the work I came for it was very well located, and not very far from the town centre... Host was lovely and the apartment was very very comfortable.....

It's not a dislike as such. It would be brilliant if the cooking facilities were a little more. Ie if there was a cooker and the ability to wash up plates etc.. however this might be more to do with planning permission than anything else....

Lovely, independent and comfortable.

Stayed here three times already and each time it's neat and tidy and the hosts check in on me via SMS to see if all is ok. I love the independence and the freedom to leave and arrive at any time because of the external access door. The location has all I need for the business stay including the ironing board and small kitchenette.

Comfortable, clean and independant.

Love the independence this location gives. I'm usually bound by the breakfast time at hotels, but here I have the freedom to have my own breakfast at my own time and leave when I need to leave. It's spacious and has everything I need for a comfortable stay. It's my second time here and I have already booked again.

Above and beyond my expectations.

The accommodation was fantastic and I can't fault it! Great facilities, comfortable, clean and well equipped, I had everything and more that I needed. The customer service was exceptional and I can only thank the hosts for their patience. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone staying including solo travellers, couples and families.

Lots of space.

The space was fantastic and the fact that it has a kitchenette is great. I get to the place late at night and leave early in the morning, so it's great to pop something into the microwave for a quick dinner. The place has ample seating and tables to work or dine from, The bathroom looks great and was functional. The bedroom is large and has plenty of space to put your bags and hang up your clothes. Already booked my next stay. Great place.

It's minor and probably depends on personal preference, but the pillows have lost a little of their fluffiness. If you like low profile pillows they are fine.

We will never stay here again

The apartment was nice, perfect location.

Sofa was so uncomfortable, beds were hard. No privacy people walking by windows constantly and no coverings on toilet window. The noise coming from upstairs was shocking. We went to complain about tv having no subtitles as it was wrong remote for tv so couldn’t watch tv, nothing was done about it, and lastly nowhere to wash dirty dishes they were left lying on a tray all weekend.

Very clean and a comfortable stay. Great for touring Dumfries and Galloway. Excellent for money paid.

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Everything else excellent.
