Lovely apartment, spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed for our weekend in Dumfries. Off road parking on private driveway was great, interesting walk across the road to look at the ruined church and lovely river.

Beautifully renovated 2nd floor flat next to a fantastic Abbey ruin.
It was missing some things that would have made our stay more comfortable. A little bench downstairs to sit while you put your shoes on would have been very convenient. We found no coffee or milk and had to go buy some. There were only 2 towels for 3 people. I found the tub a bit difficult to get into. There were no hand rails.

Great modern apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay in Dumfries, the kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances , nice power shower and bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Great having a driveway for your car. Lots of takeaways closeby as well .The .old Abbey on your doorstep a bonus

Very quiet location partially overlooking fields and the beautiful old priory. Very clean and lovely comfortable beds. All freshly decorated with new carpets. Ample parking.
Although the property was extremely clean and is strictly non-smoking accommodation there was a slight smell of stale nicotine. A few extra basic supplies and equipment would have been helpful…there was only one toilet roll, no cleaning materials at all and insufficient cutlery for 4 people. It was a little difficult trying to eat meals in the lounge…we thought the large kitchen might accommodate a little table or breakfast bar.?
