Creaky stairs to a cozy room, the cleanliness of which can be improved.

Big pleasant windows despite the uncanny stairs and electric box placement. Location is great, nothing is far and the walk to the old town is pleasant, fine arts museum and fortress are equally close.

For the price of a hotel room, no similar service is provided due to being a studio. And the cleanliness is debatable - limited towels (a shower mat instead of a hand towel even (???)), bunch of dust and little hair around, some stains... Bad WiFi, for those who care.

Small, dirty, uncomfortable

Nothing, was just happy to leave finally

- The place was extremely dirty. The place wasn't cleaned probably never. Dark women hairs found in a kitchen, bathroom, bed, on the walls.... Black mold on windows, walls and EVEN CURTAINS, hangs like flakes. Dust is everywhere, obviously. Dust or whatever it is (see on a photo) on KITCHEN PLATES, the owner thinks it's normal to give it to guests for eating. Disgusting and a big shame to the owner that they didn't put any effort to make the place suitable for leaving, but obviously took CLEANING FEE. - Facilities are very old, tired, and require repair or replacement. - The place is not comfortable overall. It's small and badly arranged. Metallic chairs (garden type) in a kitchen - brilliant, bravo! Saying all that the owner is so quick on taking the security deposit from you so they would not even give any instructions before you give it. Shame on you.

Good value, recommend.

The room is functional and close to the city center. The keys are easy to collect and return. The staff (cleaning lady) was friendly and left the room in good order for me.

There is a bar downstairs and it can get a bit noisy. On the other hand, if you want a quick drink before going to your room, there are options right where you are.

Nice location and cozy place for couples on a short trip to Lille

Nice apartment for a short trip in Lille. Travelled with my girlfriend and had a great time there.

The bed was a bit broken and there wasn't enough toilet paper for our stay

Terrible place to stay

The place is very close to city town and and around is full with cafes and bakery in the mornings to grad something. but in the nights due to night clubs it is too laud. All afternoon sun is in the room, there is not AC, so it is very hot.

the emergency call they provide is never answered. the bed is broken, it never repaired. In the middle of the night out matrrasse is called downs to floor, we called the number they never get backed. Booking.com were not able to help and cancel the reservation because they were also not able to reach out the property. they charge cleaning fee but the place was terribly dirty. Shower cabinet was loose and broken, which might be dropped on you while showering. Definetly not suggesting anyone with kids or even a couple. For its situation, the price is extremely high.

Le temps de marche pour me rendre au centre ville.

Localisation très proche des bars donc très bruyant tard dans la nuit. La literie est très molle. Pas de gestes de bienvenue. Les serviettes étaient toutes tachées. Du moisi et des infiltrations d’eau côté salle de douche. La télévision inutilisable et le numéro devant m’aider à régler ce soucis qui n’est pas cohérent donc service de télévision inutilisable. Le plaid de lit taché. Les escaliers plus que dangereux … bref et j’en oubli…

Eén grote teleurstelling

Tijdens de overnachting was er een continue rookgeur (waarschijnlijk van het appartement eronder). Net alsof je 1 meter van een zware roker afzit, alleen dan de hele nacht door. Raam open zetten kan eigenlijk niet (en airco is er ook niet). Zit aan een drukke straat waar veel publiek is (terrassen, cafes met happy hour). Nog nooit zo'n vreselijke nacht gehad. Appartement zit twee verdiepingen hoog (veel trappen). Zeker niet aan te raden voor iemand die slecht ter been is. Zoals eerder gemeld; in de nacht zeer rumoerig. Ideaal voor rokende jongeren/studenten die lekker los willen gaan (dan merk je toch niet dat de matras niet goed is), maar niet voor ons. Info vanuit de host was dat je in de buurt gratis kan parkeren. Dit is niet het geval (behalve in de avond en op zondag). We zijn na 1 nacht weggegaan. Ik hoop dat Booking.com nog wat kan betekenen voor de compentatie. Van de accomodatie hoef je namelijk niet veel te verwachten.

Un beau studio centre de Lille, mais caution de 200 euros à signer avant de rentrer dans le logement

L'appartement est bien en centre ville à proximité du métro république (8 minutes de marche). Il est bien équipé et très clair. La literie est bonne, la salle de bains pratique. La cuisine est bien équipée.

C'est la première fois que j'ai dû faire une empreinte bancaire de 200 euros par téléphone sur booking avant de pouvoir rentrer dans le logement. Tout se fait par téléphone et ce n'est qu'à la fin qu'on vous annonce que les 200 euros ne seront pas prélevés. Je trouve ça très très moyen comme démarche de "simplification" que propose habituellement booking.... Les hôtes ne sont pas très réactifs au tel (plusieurs messages avant réponse) et l'adresse n'est pas très clairement indiquée. Que ce soit sur whatsapp ou par sms, la réactivité n'est pas terrible et j'ai passé plus d'une demie heure dans la rue (heureusement il ne pleuvait pas) avant que quelqu'un vienne m'ouvrir. Franchement pas cool....
