The place was easy to find and get into. The instructions were clear. The room was clean and had plenty of coffee. The underground parking was easy to access (but reeked of urine). The fold out bed was surprisingly comfortable.
No hot water. We could not lock the door from inside.

Basic minimum for a stay. The owner is very helpful with parking and even letting us park longer after checking out. But the space is not pleasant and feels like a white box with the bare minimum.
Very basic and primitive interior space. Feels not pleasant and not cozy at all. No sitting chair on the balcony.
