The location was in the centre so bob on really, everything you could need a night or a few nights stay. Elena was very helpful at the Best Western, a very pleasant girl, an asset to the company.

It was a little confusing to go the the best western hotel a a stones throw away but Elena explained everything which made sense afterwards, maybe the ceilings need a little soundproof as everything that happened on the floor above I head and that was with the tv on, it did sound like they were having a good time though so I’m glad for them. When sitting on the toilet and you look up and there a boiler above your head the thought of being in a final destination movie springs to mind, a little unsettling but a bit of investigation work and it’s definitely drilled into the wall well with oversized bolts so it’s all good.

Clean, comfortable and well located.

The location not far from the centre. The huge comfy bed. The equipment in the kitchen. Netflix for the children. Friendly staff at the reception desk. Great shower.

Access to the flat before 4pm would have been good although we could leave bags at the reception desk. The toilet was tiny in the flat (but clean). The 'caution' took a long time to come back (6 days) but that may be the bank - would be good though if the hotel could signal that all was well with the deposit.

Well furnished, clean (except for tiny shard of broken glass in the carpet, as my wife found out when walking barefooted on it), comfortabel, good location.

In contrast to what was advertised, there was no parking available. Luckily finding public parking near apartment was no problem. Apartments are on second, third and four floor, no elevator, so lots of stairs to climb (and no airco to cook down afterwards). Very limited views from windows.

1. Very well located (except for the major roadworks in the street in front of the apartment - work began at 7am, very loud, but that will no doubt be finished in a few months). 2. The flat was clean as was the bed linen (although the latter was very well-worn, with holes in places). 3. Well equipped, and spacious. Ideal for a couple.

1. No parking, despite written advertising and a written request from me with my booking. It seems this is (currently?) not available. 2. No lifts / elevators and no mention of this significant lack, despite having written at time of booking (several days in advance) to request flat access as a disabled person. I never received a reply to either enquiry, and discovered on arrival that the apartment allocated was up two very steep and dangerously narrow stories, causing me considerable pain and inconvenience to ascend after eventually finding street parking some distance away.

Amazing flat, super clean & quiet, welcoming and with all the necessities to have a couple of nights

Super easy of access in the city center - you grab the keys from a hotel who apparently manages the property, ensuring it's clean and supplied with the basic necessities you'd get in a hotel room (soap, shampoo, towels). Super clean & quiet, spacey too!

I wish early check-in could have been arranged as I asked before and was told they'd "do their best" to get keys before 4pm, but arriving at the reception at the planned time, I was told to wait until the actual time. No biggie but I would have preferred being told "no" beforehand not to get our hopes too high! We could leave our bags at the hotel until it was time to get the keys hopefully.

We liked it.

The apartment is nice and cosy, the sleeping room is at the back of the building so quiet, it's not very far from the old center by walk with nice restaurants around the building. The host wrote a message beforehand to explain some things so it felt as welcoming.

Getting the key at a hotel nearby is not efficient when you're by car, there could be a locker at the entrance of the apartment.

Barely okay

Good location for exploring city. Check-in was easy eventhough keys were picked up from a different location. We had some problems at first with our apartment but the staff was very attentive and everything was fixed.

The overall cleanliness of the place should be improved. It shows wear in quite many places in bathroom and kitchen. Since there was no air conditioning the windows should have insect screens windows could be kept open during night. In our case after the first night room was full of mosquitoes.

Nice and spacious apartment to explore Lille

The location was good, only a 10 minute walk to old Lille and 15minute to Grand Place. The apartment was spacious and check in/out was very quick and easy.

The apartment was not as clean as we expected, the kitchen still had food/unclean from the previous users, the wash clothes were dirty with crumbs on and there was no kitchen towel. The bathroom was also not as clean as we would’ve like with hair on the floor and previous soap/shampoo bars used by the other users still in the shower.

The appartment was nice, cosy and clean. Location is super. The staff were super helpful and considerate when we needed a later check out.

The only downside was that there was only one roll of toilet paper, but that is only when looking for a downside

When a bad experience turns into an amazing stay

The location of the apartment was very good. Once arriving the we noticed that the apartment was not been cleaned. We called the Western hotel where we picked up the key. Big shout out to the lady at the reception that arranged another room for us as we were not comfortable staying there. The other staff of the hotel was also very nice. Shout out for the hospitality mindset in this hotel!

The flat was a great location for exploring central Lille. It is a great space perfect for a couple, with nice decor and a comfy bed. There was also a carrefour city opposite which was perfect for picking up supplies. Check in and out was very easy, and the hotel were happy to look after our bags for us during the day before and after check in.

The apartment wasnt the cleanest. The kitchen had not been cleaned, so there were crumbs on the surfaces, and marks up the walls. Unfortunately a flat below us also were having a party in the Saturday night. We didnt hear the music, but had someone ringing our buzzer at 6.45am on sunday morning.

Excellent accueil à l'¨Hôtel Best Western où nous avons pris les clés de l'appartement de Jeanne (l'ATELIER) à 5 min Situation géographique idéale au calme donnant sur une petite place Chambre séparée avec un lit de 2 m Bonne literie 4 oreillers parfait Logement clair Grande salle d'eau avec fenêtre Appréciés sel poivre huile café et filtre à disposition Egalement produit vaisselle/torchon

ATTENTION logement au 2e étage sans ascenseur / Escalier tournant Belle salle d'eau au niveau surface mais il serait bon de faire quelques travaux devant la baignoire Pas d'alèse sur le matelas ! Le canapé n'est pas du tout confortable (bois et coussins) Très froid en hiver il faut monter les chauffage à 24 pour être bien Il serait bon de prévoir une couverture dans le salon Manque une paire de ciseaux et de grands bols La déco est spéciale : ce sont les locataires qui peignent des toiles pour décorer. Sympa mais pas très cocooning. On ne peut pas dire que nous ayons des artistes plutôt des barbouilleurs.... Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un chevalier peint en armure très sombre, des portraits affreux, vision d'horreur .... bizarre comme concept

La taille et qualité de la literie. C'est la première fois que nous avons disposé d'un lit aussi confortable dans un appartement de location. La gentillesse du personnel d'accueil.

La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement. IL manque un mode d'emploi pour chacun des téléviseurs. La manipulation des télécommandes est très complexe, nous avons dû demander de l'aide à la réception.

La ubicación excelente, en la esquina un supermercado, a una calle diferentes restaurantes abiertos incluso el domingo y a 5 minutos una panadería de muy buena calidad. Muy comodo el apartamento aunque tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor.

La información sobre la recogida de llaves podría ser mas clara. aunque fue facil resolver el problema.
