Great location for exploring old Lille

Excellent location and very clean. We met the cleaners both at the beginning and end of our stay so were able to thank them.

Unfortunately you only provided one bath towel per person which made hair washing awkward. Due to sleep problems and the fact I was sharing a double bed with a friend, I slept one night on the unmade sofa bed even though I had explained this in advance and requested a set of bedding for that bed. When I booked the house it was advertised for 7 so I knew there was a sofa bed. This was very frustrating.

Living room/lounge was very small and drab Metal framed bed in main bedroom was unstable and creaked whenever people in bed moved Very steep small stairs up to first and second floors which are dangerous, especially for elderly people and children

Perfect location.

Great location in the old town, around the corner from a food shop, clothes shopping and bars/restaurants. Easy to check in and the house was really clean. Outside space a great addition.

Its a 3 story town house with very steep stairs, so not great for older people. It would have been nice to have more than one towel per person (annoying for hair washing!) and more than one loo roll so we didn't have to buy extra, but the location outweighs those small things.

Beds were shaky and made lots of noise, so sleeping was difficult. Small rooms as well, we ended up being 4, and this was just fine. I cannot imagine 7 people in there. Also, someplace it said, there are two bathrooms, but there is really one toilet and one bathrooms (separate)

Het tweepersoonsbed op de 1e verdieping kraakte heel erg. We waren bang er doorheen te zakken. Met inbussleutel vast te verhelpen, maar die zag ik niet

Fijne verblijf , de plek was top. Het huis kon nog wel wat aanpassingen gebruiken zoals aangegeven.

De locatie

Er was één bed dat vreselijke kraakte ( het grote twee persoonsbed) Tips ! om een hor tegen de muggen te plaatsen zeker in de slaapkamers erg warm en veel muggen . Er is ook wel een vocht probleem op sommige plekken in het huis. De bank in woonkamer is aan vervanging toe. De zwarte trap in het donker was ook wat lastig voor oudere persoon om te lopen. Tot slot de stop om het bad vol te laten lopen was stuk.

Les équipements et leur qualité sont très médiocres par rapport à ce que l'annonce laisse penser. Poêle usée jusqu'au teflón. La moitié des spots lumière du salon HS 5 assiettes pour un logement 6 personnes Un lit bancal et qui grince dans lequel il est impossible de dormir Un lavado sur deux de bouché dans la sdb La porte des WC qui ne se ferme pas entièrement Canapé troué Murs dans un état... Nous sommes loin du photoshop des photos de l'annonce Etc... Dès le jour de notre arrivée nous avons essayé de contacter par téléphone la conciergerie qui n'est pas joignable contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur leurs messages pour régler le problème du lit. Une intervention devait être programmée jour 2 puis finalement jour 3.. nous partions jour 4! Les reports étaient justifiés par le fait que beaucoup d'autres interventions attendaient leur staff sur d'autres logements... Résultats des courses : nous avons payé un logement trois chambres pour pouvoir utiliser que deux chambres. Heureusement que nous avions prévu un lit d'appoint pour notre fille.
