LILLEHOSTS 1, Vieux Lille, AC, Newly Renovated Modern Apartment, Perfectly Located

Clear instructions from our host Charlotte made it easy to get in to the apartment on arrival in the evening with no problem at all. The apartment was perfectly situated right in the heart of Vieux Lille, with a fantastic restaurant opposite (Le Barbier qui fume) and a patisserie (Aux Merveilleux de Fred) which had queues from morning till evening. Easy to walk everywhere and find places to dine out and explore. It felt safe and secure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and modern facilities and great shower, with everything you need for a weekend break. I would happily stay here again on our next visit. Thank you Charlotte!

It is compact so there isn't much space to hang clothes, but easily manageable for a few days and the host has made the best use of the space by providing a bench to place baggage. The evenings at weekends can get a bit noisy from the bar downstairs, but if you are out you won't notice, and the host has thoughtfully left earplugs for each guest. We didn't need them but the thought was nice.

The location was very good. The appartement was clean and the host was fast to respond.

The property is above a pub so it is very noisy during the night. During our stay the property did not have a functional heating system.
