L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est bien équipé. Les contacts avec le propriétaire sont fluides et faciles.
Franchement, tout était très bien, sauf le pommeau de douche :D C'est un détail mais il n'est vraiment pas agréable. Personnellement, ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais le logement se situe à proximité des bars. Il faut donc s'attendre à un peu d'animation jusque 2h.

La communication et l excellent accueil en ligne. Nous aurions pu vous contacter pour les ventilateurs pendant le weekend. C est au dernier moment que je me suis aperçue de la présence d un ventilateur sur les photos du site, absent pendant notre séjour.
Manque de ventilateurs en période de fortes chaleurs. La conséquence a été de vivre les fenêtres ouvertes malgré la place très bruyante connue pour sa vie nocturne. Quelques rénovations à faire concernant la douche et les toilettes. Pour information Le 1er code de la porte principale ne nous a pas servi, car toujours ouverte.

Le logement est spacieux pour quatre personnes. Placé près d un parking et du vieux Lille.
Le logement est placé au deuxième étage d un bar a ambiance ce qui provoque un tapage nocturne important. Les rues sont bruyantes. Le logement manque de matériaux pouvant atténuer ce tapage.
