La ubicación. Está en pleno centro del caso antiguo a 5 minutos de la Grand Place y 5 minutos de la estación de tren. Además hay paradas de autobús pegadas y el metro a 3 minutos. Tener dos habitaciones es un plus.
La orientación sur hace que sea un piso caluroso, lo cual puede ser bueno en invierno, pero es un inconveniente en verano. Las instalaciones necesitan un arreglo, falta puerta a un armario y una de las estufas está arrancada

De locatie is perfect
Onderhoud is hoognodig, plint in de badkamer mist, lattenbodem van een bed valt eruit. Vlekken op stoelen en echt heel erg slecht schoongemaakt, vooral het toilet. Daarnaast ook maar een hele kleine spiegel in de badkamer.
