It was basic, not very clean. Next time I’ll pick somewhere else to stay.

It had everything that’s needed in terms of amenities.

The pictures on the profile must be from a long time ago- the property could do with a proper clean and maybe a lick of paint. Sofas were dirty and smelly, the shower didn’t drain properly and had a broken bit which is a trip hazard. All the laminated signs everywhere gave it an institutional feel.

We didn’t notice there wasn’t any pots before buying pasta (there are pans though so you can work around it) and we had to throw away some of the individual milk packets which were expired but it was overall a very nice place to stay

Great stopover accommodation in the heart of Lille, definitely recommend.

Great location, close to lots of bars and eating places. Old part of town, great atmosphere. Beautiful little studio tucked into a historic building in the heart of Lille. Great facilities, well equipped kitchenette to allow you to ‘eat in’. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Access really easy - clear instructions on accessing keys. Made a late arrival and early departure easy to manage. Will definitely come again.

Exactely got what I paid for and will do it again for my next trip!

Location and facility was really great. Had both mornings a nice coffee with "biscottes" with jams. Very cosy flat where it's easy to feel at home! Will take the same kind of rental next time I have to travel!

Everything was perfect, except a very small negative point which was the noisy street with lots of bars. But it didn't disturb me so much. Fortunately, the bedroom side wasn't on the street, but on the small yard inside the building.

Close to everything, comfy bed, very clean. Very short walk to get pastries etc for breakfast. Great coffee for the plunger.

Noisy at night as the area seemed to be 'party central' but thankfully with the double glazed windows closed, it was ok. That also kept out the cigarette smoke from the street below. We had a bit of a problem getting in. Although the day before we notified them of our arrival time, we didn't get any email as we were told, only some time after our arrival.. As we had no wifi at that point, we couldn't make contact. Only with the help of a kind store keeper across the road, were we able to get the lockbox code as he phoned for us. Once inside, all was good.

Room is very good located, well equipped and bright. There were cookies and coffee or tea for breakfast.

Things which would be better : air conditioning, as weather was very hit those days. And street is a bit noizy, but its up to how sensitive is your sleep.

The location is perfect. We liked the room.

Bed is quite small. Lot of noise in the weekend because there are many cafes. It was very difficult to get the keys, we were trying for 15 minutes to open it.

Marvellous apartment in the heart of Vieux Lille.

Often in places, the furniture is junk, the owners discarded stuff but this apartment was really nicely fitted out, with good quality fixtures. Nice to have free consumables too.

Sale et vétuste , emplacement idéal dans le vieux Lille

L’emplacement formidable

Qu’il soit vétuste est un fait mais sale ce n’est pas acceptable.( cage escalier, wc, sous le lit , carreau cassé, télécommande idem, vaisselles dépareillées , plinthe, interrupteur etc..) Beaucoup trop de consignes par la conciergerie sur des comportements de savoir vivre dès la réservation, puis suis whatapps , placardées ensuite sur les murs quand vous êtes au wc 😂alors que le contrat n’est pas respecté réciproquement ( pas de radiateur dans la salle de bain avec température négative dehors, interdiction d’augmenter les radiateurs , 5mn sous la douche top chrono…) cf photo Et pour clôturer le tout, aucun service n’est gratuit ( bagagerie) !!! Tout est bon pour les sous !!

Arrivée autonome, réactivité et gentillesse du propriétaire, emplacement superbe et appartement avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.

Vieux bâtiment avec donc canalisations d'eau assez délicates et comme on est juste au-dessus des bars, la nuit ça peut être assez bruyant.

Zentral, aber sehr ungepflegt und ohne Rauchmelder im 2. OG eines alten Hauses

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber aufgrund des Lärms der Außengastronomie in der Straße bis weit in die Morgenstunden kann man das Fenster nicht öffnen. Das rückwärtige Fenster führt zum Lichthof.

Der Zugang zur Wohnung führt durch ein enges, steiles, ungepflegtes und nach der Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss stinkendes Treppenhaus. Der Rauchmelder ist abmontiert. Auch in der Wohnung ist der Rauchmelder abmontiert. In Anbetracht des engen Holztreppenhauses sorgte das für ein ungutes Sicherheitsgefühl. Im Badezimmer ist Schimmel. Hinweis an den Vermieter wegen der Mängel führte nicht zur Abhilfe, sondern nur zu Vertröstung. Das an sich schöne Apartement wirkt leider sehr ungepflegt. Die Bettdecke mussten wir selbst einziehen. Es gab nur ein Handtuch pro Person.

Moyen sur tu a cause de la literie

Literie à revoir. Il vaut mieux mieux mettre 2 sommier de 80cm et un matelas de 160. Nous avions tendance à rouler au milieu du lit. Les verres à revoir. Plutôt des bols. Obligé de relaver des couverts . Il y avait du sucre séché sur une peu cuillère et un verre salé un autre casse.

Appartement parfaitement situé au centre de Lille et très bon marché.

L'emplacement, les petites attentions (nourriture), la propreté des lieux.

Le lit à moitié fait. Je n'ai pas compris le concept indiqué sur la note qui expliquait que le lit n'était pas fait pour montrer que les draps étaient propres. Seulement, quand je suis arrivé, tout était mis en place sauf la housse de couette... Cela ressemble donc plus à de la flemme de la part de la femme de ménage qu'à un quelconque lien avec le propreté. Cela reste un désagrément très mineur et tout le reste était parfait.

Pas eu le temps de déjeuner mais tout était là. Pas eu le temps de regarder la TV. Pas eu le temps d'utiliser le WIFI. Hôte très sympathique qui répond très rapidement au TPH et aux mailsazerty
