Enjoy an unusual stay in my photo studio. A modular loft of 130m², designed for my photography business. Enjoy 80m² with a sleeping area: a double bed, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a covered terrace. A bathroom, separate toilets. Decor inspired by a real photo studio, with authentic and modular elements. A double bed, a sofa bed for 2 children + wardrobes. Shops, bus stops: 10 minutes from the center of Lille. Wifi. The accommodation: The very wide entrance door, ideal for people with reduced mobility, opens onto a vestibule where you can park a two-wheeler. A workshop door leads to the studio. To the left, the toilet and separate bathroom; Facing you is an 80 m² open-plan living area comprising a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160 cm) equipped with a new mattress, a dressing room, and a workspace. The galley kitchen faces the sleeping area, which also includes a lounge area with a sofa bed, armchair, chairs, coffee table, and TV with Netflix. Wi-Fi is available on board.
