Locattion is just perfect in the buzziest and most interesting area but still very calm for a good night sleep.
Bathroom is very old with ceilling on 2m only which is very unconfortable when taking shower.

Very central location in Vieux Lille. We had everything at proximity: bakeries, supermarket, restaurants and bars. We loved walking everywhere from the accommodation. 15-20min from the train station, 5min-walk from Grand-place. All bars in Rue Royale were within 5min walk. This accommodation is in a prime location to explore Vieux Lille and Lille in general.
The apartment has all necessary kitchen amenities, TV, books, fridge and a dishwasher.
The property manager was really reactive and accommodating. We could have sleep very comfortably 4 persons with myself in the living room on an air mattress. Rooms were of good size. We will surely stay again if we return to visit!
The apartment is in the courtyard so cold cigarette smell from outside can easily get in.
The bathroom is small but it didn't bother us. It wouldn't however fit for taller persons as the ceiling is very low (max 1.80cm).
All in all, we found the apartment perfect for a short weekend stay and it was nicely decorated and furnished.
We would recommend having a bigger sofa couch so it could accommodate comfortably the guests in the living room.
Otherwise very clean, tidy and cosy place to stay!

De badkamer was erg gedateerd. Toiletpot was smerig. Advies: renovatie!
