Lovely decorated and had all needed amenities
Had an issue with parking bcs garage was too small for our car, nevertheless the owner helped us with alternatives shortly after

L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel, très lumineux et bien équipé. Petit supermarché au pied de l’immeuble. Métro à 10 minutes à pied. A 25 min de transport du centre ville
Le problème c’est vraiment le quartier, vraiment trop bruyant quasi toute la nuit. Le bruit était tel que nous ne pouvions ouvrir les fenêtres car même fenêtres fermées on entendait ! Au mois d’août il faisait du coup très chaud dans l’appartement. Précision : 2 étages à monter sans ascenseur

Mooi ingericht appartement, erg schoon, rustig en ruime garage waar 2 auto’s (geen SUV ivm de hoogtesm) achter elkaar kunnen staan. Op 20 minuten lopen van het oude centrum.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux plutôt bien équipé Accès rapide au vieux Lille en metro
Manque de propreté ( vaisselle sale, tapis sale, aliments entamés dans les placards,draps troués...); hôte qui ne fonctionne pas Literie de la chambre principale à changer.. Le lit grince dès qu'on bouge à peine ( du coup nuits catastrophiques) Quartier où l' on s est senti en insécurité : à peine arrivé, il y avait une arrestation musclée sur la place en dessous mobilisant une quinzaine de force de l ordre. On nous demande de sortir les poubelles en fin de séjour en les mettant dans les poubelles publiques de ville ...
