Good distance from Lille, easy to reach on the tramway. Really comfy, good decor, great facilities and supermarket/chemist next door. Very quiet. Extra benefit of outside space. Great host and attentive and responsive
Main door a bit difficult to push open but not a big problem. Light in hall didn’t work. Would have been good to have a bar or cafe local but that can’t be helped! Maybe a bit more attention to outside garden space but it was March so maybe better as year progresses and was a bonus anyway.

Un appartement très propre, bien situé, bien équipé et très agréable pour 4 personnes. L'hôte nous a donné toutes les informations et a été très agréable !
Il est dommage qu'il n'ait pas été précisé que le stationnement gratuit sur la journée se situe en réalité à 10-15 minutes à pied. Pas de souci pour nous mais à anticiper pour les personnes avec des problèmes de mobilité.

L’emplacement parfait à un quart d’heure du centre de Lille. Les transports tres proches., le tram à sept minutes le bus direct la gare de Lille à 100 mètres de la location. L’hôte très prévenante et répond très vite à nos besoins. Tout est parfait.
Tout était parfait que du positif, appartement très bien équipé. Sa proximité avec Lille centre est un gros atout.

Easy check-in, host communicated very well. Bedrooms were very comfortable, and the outdoor garden was great. Toilet could use some work but overall very good. Also extremely close to a grocery shop.
The entrance to the building door is quite a pain to open, that could use some work. Toilet lid could use a replacement, along with a curtain for the shower maybe.
