L’emplacement, le personnel très sympathique, le lit était propre et confortable, la TV avec ses différents accès (YouTube, Netflix, toutes les chaînes télévisées)
En ce qui concerne la vaisselle, tout était sale et il n’y avait pas grands choses…; la salle de bain était repoussante; baignoire avec de la rouille dedans…, le bouchon de la baignoire ne retenait pas l’eau; des taches sur le canapé…; une seule serviette dans la cuisine, pas de serviette pour les mains ni de torchon pour nettoyer…; 2 pastilles café pour 5 jours; pas de clim; pas de volet ni rideau dans le salon; toilette et salle de bain dans la chambre

The apartment was clean and nice. It was cozy, nice decor and the bed and other appliances were comfortable. There were plenty of appliances available for breakfast and cooking. No noise issues at all. It was well located in the city, close to Lille Flandres and many nearby restaurants. Really good location and a pleasant environment. everything can seen and done by walking.
We arrived on a cold and rainy day, and we couldn’t reach them to get the keys. The door numbers were very confusing. Later on, they said their system had crashed, but during that whole time it was raining and they didn’t get back to us quickly. They didn’t even pick up the phone to explain anything — they only replied on WhatsApp after we had called and texted many times.
I also didn’t like the fact that they didn’t tell us the apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator, only stairs. We had huge suitcases, and it was very difficult to carry them up.
Additionally, the toilet wasn’t flushing properly from the first day we arrived. Since we couldn’t reach them, we had to adapt and use office or restaurant toilets, which was quite uncomfortable for us.
