Excellent location. The apartment is walking distance to most services. It is only 7-8 mins from the Palais des Beaux-Arts, and 12-15 mins from the train station. There are plenty of bistrots, shops, and a supermarket close by. I felt safe in the area, even during the evening. The apartment was clean, and it has modern and functional appliances. Even though there are several apartments in the building, it was really quiet during my stay. Communication with the management was also excellent.

Cómodo para visitar lille y alrededore, bien reformado, paredes blancas, limpio, cortinas que tapan la luz bonita, 2 .ndo piso,
Las escaleras, la calle de noche ruidos de gente rara, zona de pk de pago, x 4 días solo 2 toallas grandes. piden fianza 200€.
