Lille centre - Bel appartement sous les combles !

Très proche de mon lieu de travail et à proximité des commerces des rues piétonnes. Vraiment très bien situé

Les escaliers pour rejoindre le logement sont raides et étroits. Eviter d'y monter avec des bagages lords et encombrants

Le prix est abordable. Quartier safe. Logement bien situé. proximité du parc de la citadelle (tres bien pour le running)

L'immeuble entier est consacré à la location de courte durée. L'appart qui m'a été attribué était au 5e sans ascenseur, donc attention si votre valise est lourde.

The host (despite not meeting them personally) were super available through text. The apartment is cute, I liked the fact it was on an attic! The position is perfect, cyou can walk anywhere to the city centre. Good value for money, compared to the average price in Lille!

As already mentioned in some reviews, the windows do not close well. I am concerned that, if it rains, water might get inside (I was lucky, as the weather was impeccable!).. this also means, of course, that the apartment is not sound-proof. Also, as already mentioned in the reviews, there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom, and a weird smell was coming from the toilet the first day.. Finally, important to mention the stairs, as the apartment is at the 5th floor and the last part of the stairs are quite interesting I would say... bit dangerous for older people I might say

Buona posizione. Fornitura i asciugamani e sapone nella doccia. Ventilatore che era possibile spostare (ma non sufficiente a rinfrescare visto che non era possibile aprire la finestra della camera).

Androne e scale non pulite, localizzato al quinto piano senza ascensore. Appartamento mediamente pulito. Odore di fogna che usciva dagli scarichi. Impossibilità di aprire il lucernario della camera che, in giorni di forte caldo, non consentiva di riposare la notte e in generale far circolare l’aria.
