Apartamento muito bem localizado para quem pretende visitar Lille, bastante espaçoso, com muita luz natural e sossegado.
Apesar dos locais de circulação, cozinha e WC estarem bem limpos, verifica-se total ausência de limpeza sob a cama, prateleiras superiores do roupeiro e por trás dos radiadores, onde se acumula pó e objetos abandonados por hóspedes anteriores. O microondas encontra-se avariado e o forno não é de fácil utilização. Detergente para a loiça seria bem vindo.

L’emplacement idéal et l’ensemble des équipements.
Contrairement à mon séjour de la semaine d’avant , j’ai retrouvé un logement avec le lave vaisselle non vidée, le lit avait été déplacé le long des étagères avec un seau posé sur la tête de lit . Le ménage n’a pas été fait sauf le sol. J’ai pris des photos et adressés les éléments au service conciergerie . Il s’avéré qu'il y aurait eu une fuite d’eau mais je n’en ai pas été informé.
