The location and parking facilities were ideal.

The saucepan and frying pan were far too large for the hob, the mattress was rock solid, and the noise from the brasserie downstairs was a little more than stated, and went on well into the night. The coffee table is far to large making sitting on the sofa a mission and the lamp, whilst nice, was again far too large for such a small space, if both were removed for smaller items, it would make using the table and sitting on the sofa far easier. Whilst there are hangers in the cupboard in the bedroom, there is actually nowhere to hang your clothes, and sadly, the shower, albeit a lovely rain shower, needs a door as the water goes everywhere. There are also no instructions for anything apart from the TVs, all doors are push button, but it doesn’t tell you that, or how to use the hob, so it would be nice for an information pack to be left to include all the details, perhaps suggestions on where guest could eat, historical places you could visit, basically, offer assistance to those who have not visited Lille before. You have a lovely apartment in a great location, but it is lacking in certain areas which would make it more user friendly, especially for those who have specific diets and need to eat in.
