Value for money accommodation near station

The proximity to the main train station and the mini-metro. Also having a supermarket nearby was a bonus.

We had a lot a trouble finding the property to collect the key. As a foreign national, the directions within Booking.com were insufficient to help guide us to the location even with google maps. Nonetheless we did find the person by making a phone call. But directions need to be improved.

Great little find!

Great apartment, very clean and well appointed. Nice easy walk to train station, buses & taxis, & minimetro. Also supermarket and takeaway restaurant just downstairs if you require!

Just a mention....there is no aircon but a fan is provided that worked well for us overnight on our 5 night stay.

Apartment located in a clean and quiet area, equipped with everything you need to feel good. The train station and the mini-metro are very close, there are also many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. We also liked the communication with the host, who responded to all our requests. Thank you!

Very close to train and bus station. Good grocery store in same building block. Right size for a holiday or short stay. Adequately equipped.

Maybe the block number could be well displayed on the front as we could not locate the property easily when we first arrived

Deludente

Letto comodo e il termosifone che riscaldava bene la casa.

Wifi non funzionante, bollitore elettrico con serpentina bruciata all'interno, una sola tazza per il thè per di più sporca, zucchero assente, nel contenitore dello zucchero era presente poco caffè non sufficiente per fare nemmeno una macchinetta, ed infine ogni sera puntualmente dalle ore 18 alle 21.30 rumori provenienti dall'appartamento di sopra anche la domenica mattina presto.

Perugia wspaniała, koniecznie trzeba zwiedzić !

Lokalizacja znakomita, blisko pociągu i autobusów oraz mini metra. Mieszkanie małe ,ale dla 2 osób wystarczające z wszystkimi wygodami. W piwnicy budynku mieszkalnego super market z wszystkim co potrzeba i dobrej jakości / nie chiński /.

Remont na dworcu kolejowym wydłużał drogę do mieszkania.

Casa carina ma in zona poco serena.

La vicinanza alla stazione e alla minimetrò. La ragazza che ci ha accolti molto gentile A pochi passi da casa una pizzeria,panineria. Sotto il palazzo un supermercato

Consiglio di fare trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua. La zona non tanto tranquilla specie la sera,personaggi un po' particolari 😱 il condominio ha telecamere ovunque anche dentro l ascensore Non c è una pompa di calore/no condizionatore ma solo un piccolo ventilatore Cuscini o sottilissimi oppure alti e duri, consiglio una via di mezzo . Doccia estremamente piccola, perché il box doccia ha dei blocchi...l apertura massima 20 cm è veramente scomoda!

Piccolo ma curato

Appartamento piccolo, ma una pulizia impeccabile. Da non sottovalutare il garage di pertinenza all'appartamento, poiché in zona non è facile parcheggiare. Dal balcone dell'appartamento, al 6° piano, abbiamo potuto vedere i fuochi d'artificio di fine anno. Una vera sorpresa!

Posizione comoda. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Posizione ottimale per visitare Perugia vicino alla stazione della mini metro di Fontivegge ed allo stesso tempo comodo per uscire dalla città con l’auto in tempi brevi.

Quartiere dormitorio senza locali o attrazioni ma sono presenti almeno i servizi base (v. supermercato). Parcheggio condominiale un po’ stretto. Una persona poco pratica con auto di medio/grandi dimensioni potrebbe avere difficoltà.

Perugia un sogno..

Appartamento molto canarino...accogliente pulito adatto a singoli o coppie...la proprietaria gentile e disponibile..la posizione pratica per gli spostamenti..molto vicino alla stazione e alla mini metro che in 5 minuti ti porta al centro storico.

La promessa della sorpresa che descriveva l'appartamento nell'annuncio su booking non c'era.. Non ho trovato neanche una bottiglia d'acqua..e un po di prodotti da bagno..dovete portarveli.. La zona vicino alla stazione purtroppo comporta un' attenzione particolare soprattutto la sera e la notte...sconsigliato a ragazze o donne sole..ho avuto problemi anch'io..presenza di personaggi poco raccomandabili..peccato perché l'appartamento è veramente carino..
