Very comfortable and stylish. Virginie, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. She allowed us to leave our bags when we arrived from the ferry at 10.15am, then check in at 2.30pm. The location is perfect - right next to the sea, with a Carrefour supermarket, restaurants, a baker and other shops within 5 minutes’ walk. The Old Town of St Malo is a 20-minute walk away

We loved the tastefully decorated apartment, the private underground parking and the beach with its long promenade on our doorstep . The owner, Virginie was most accommodating & responsive to queries. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise apart from the seagulls calling !

There was no oven & space was limited but the wonderful location etc more than made up for the above !

This apartment is truly appointed with all that you need…from a place to hang your keys and enough hangers and storage, to enormous luxuriant towels. It’s small but every millimeter is maximized and classy. Additionally, there is parking and you literally walk out the door and you’re on the boardwalk and the beach. A grocery store and boulangerie are also close by. It may not face the beach, but with that, it doesn’t catch the heat of the late-afternoon sun. It still has a lovely view of the town and a beautiful old hotel, and it’s nice and quiet! I would happily stay here again, without a doubt.

I recommend opening your windows and shutters to catch the cool breeze of the morning, and then closing them before you leave for the day. Thankfully, the apartment faces east, with the sun setting on the other side (beach-side) of the building, fantastic for avoiding the end-of-day sun exposure.
