House Saint Malo 300m from Rochebonne beach

We are renting our pretty house located in the Paramé district, very close to the beautiful beach of Rochebonne and the Sillon (400m). There is a surf and sea rescue school at the end of the street.

This is a new house built by an architect in 2023. It is spacious, practical, very bright and quiet, even though it is located in the city center. All the living rooms are located on the garden side.
It is composed as follows:
- on the first floor: large entrance with plenty of storage, laundry room with shower back from the beach and garage access (you can of course bring your car in)
- on the 1st: a large living room including a kitchen open to the dining room (table that holds 8 people and can still be enlarged) and a living room. An office/extra bedroom with 140cm sofa bed comes in the extension of the living room. There is also the master suite with dressing room, shower room and bedroom (160 cm bed) as well as a toilet.
- on the 2nd: 3 large bedrooms:
The first has a cabin bed (height 80cm so not dangerous, is perfectly suitable for children from 4 to 12 years old) 90x190cm.
The second has a 90x190 bed with a drawer bed (which can be raised into a real 90x190 cm bed)
The third has a 90x140 cm bed (suitable for children from 2 to 6 or 7 years old).
A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.

There is a beautiful terrace equipped (barbecue/ table and chairs) to enjoy your meals outside and a small green area that invites tranquility.

It is an ideal house for a family with 3 or 4 children and which can accommodate grandparents or friends for a few days in the office/guest room.
It is a main residence, so I am careful to free up as much space as possible in the dressing rooms, but there are still some of our belongings. We also leave a lot of books and games for your children!
