Upstairs:

* A separate toilet
* One bedroom with double bed 140 × 190, 1 single bed and closet
* A bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bunk beds and closet
* One bedroom with double bed 160 × 200, 1 baby cot and closet
On the garden level:
* A garage
* A laundry room with additional shower, sink and washing machine
* A second refrigerator
* A ping-pong table
Outside:
A large fully enclosed garden of more than 700 m² surrounds the house and offers a real space for relaxation and games. You can also easily park at least 3 cars in the property.
Beds are made on arrival (linen rental included in the price of the accommodation, plain white sheets provided by a rental/laundry service)
Dish towels and towels to be provided by tenants.
However, we can offer you the rental of kits of 2 bath towels at the price of 8€/kit.

Lovely property, the owners have a great sense of hospitality and great taste in decor, with lots of thoughtful touches. Kitchen was well appointed and the large dining room very practical. The garden is quite large and has a some very inviting picnic table that sadly we didnt get a chance to enjoy as we where out exploring la cote d'emeruade. Rooms are comfy and neighborhood is quite and very convenient to the different Rotheneuf beaches and 'le bourg'... perfect to enjoy daily morning trips to the bakery.
