Gli spazi ampi ( in 6 siamo stati comodissimi) e ben arredati, la posizione centrale e la presenza di un parcheggio gratuito all’interno del cortile chiuso del palazzo. L’affaccio ampio con vista sul porto. Assolutamente buona la pulizia dell’appartamento così come la dotazione di elettrodomestici, tutti di grande qualità.
La presenza di un solo (uno solo, sì!) wc in uno stanzino cieco e non dotato di aspiratore funzionante a fronte della presenza di due sale da bagno (due bagni) recentemente ristrutturate.
Se arrivate con 2 automobili una deve essere parcheggiata nel parcheggio pubblico a pagamento di fronte alla struttura o in altro parcheggio limitrofo, il costo è di pochi euro al giorno ma il problema è, soprattutto di sera, trovare parcheggio.

Die Lage und schöne Altbauwohnung!
1. Die Spülmaschine sollte ersetzt werden. Man muss per Hand nachspülen. (zu viel Spülmittelrest!)
2. Sehr hellhörige Decke: Gegen 2-3 Uhr morgens tgl. laute Schritte zu hören. So laut, dass man meint, jemand ist in der eigenen Wohnung unterwegs!

L'emplacement avec vue sur mer. Beaucoup d'espace dans les pièces. Equipement de la cuisine correct. Confort de la literie correct.
Appartement sans isolation sonore. Malgré des efforts, nous avons fait du bruit au voisin du dessous et à 1 h du matin le voisin du dessus est rentré. Impossible de dormir nous l'entendions parler et se déplacer. C'est un grand appartement sensé recevoir des familles !!! Problème d'étanchéité de la douche dans la suite parentale.
