You will feel at home in this beautiful holiday home, 5 minutes from Rothéneuf, a popular area of Saint-Malo and the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast.
The atmosphere of the house is warm, the decoration neat. Everything is designed to make everyone feel good: large living room with fireplace, beautiful dining room and table that can accommodate 14 guests, cozy and comfortable living room/game room-TV, large equipped kitchen with dining area...
The house is located in a very pleasant environment, between land and sea.
You will reach the magnificent beach of Le Havre de Rothéneuf in a few minutes on foot (800 meters) by a pretty dirt road through fields: 15' on foot and 5' by bike (5 mountain bikes available on site)
From the house, you can radiate to the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast in a few minutes, but also in St-Malo Intra-Muros (15' from the city center), Cancale or Dinard.
And for those who prefer to stay on site: calm guaranteed in the heart of a beautiful garden enclosed by stone walls and very well equipped (barbecue, plancha, brazier, table tennis, petanque, volleyball court, cricket...).

Beautiful old Breton house, tastefully renovated, leaving plenty of original character. Equipped with everything we needed and more. Quite comfortable beds. Large garden with plenty of room for children to play. Owners' flexibility and good communication was much appreciated

We had an amazing week near St Malo, the house was perfect for a family reunion. Adults loved the space and the well equipped kitchen while the kids loved the table tennis and outdoor space. Easy check-in and checkout, great communication with the host and very well equipped throughout. A peaceful retreat to recharge.
