About this house rental
Lily Cottage is a house 100m from the Sillon beach (5min walk). Come and enjoy a pleasant holiday in Saint-Malo in this pretty house in the heart of the Courtoisville district.
In addition to the beach nearby, the house is located 2 minutes walk from a supermarket, bakeries, caterers, pharmacies and restaurants but above all a Jean-Yves Bordier cheese factory!
The kitchen is equipped and opens onto a large living room with living room and dining room.
The landscaped garden at the front is south facing with a barbecue and garden furniture for you to rest in the sun. The rear patio is equipped with a jacuzzi (heated from April to October) and a terrace ideal for eating outside.
There are 5 bedrooms for 14 people:
- 2 bedrooms (with 2 double beds and 1 single bed) with independent entrances on each side of the house including each toilet and shower room
- 2 bedrooms upstairs (with 2 double beds) and 2WC, 1 shower room, and 1 bathroom
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds (sleeps 5)
Parking in the area is free and it is possible to park two vehicles (one car in front of the gate and two in the driveway).
All linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels)

A very nice spot to stay. There were two outdoor sitting areas that we used regularly. The home was well equipped with all sorts of cooking utensils and other items that allowed us to make our own meals when needed. If we required food we went to the market which was very close by. We also took advantage of a number of the restaurants, patisserie and bakeries. We were very happy with our communication with the owners and had a lovely stay overall. Thank you Tom Hughes

Loved the location - convenient grocery store nearby, wonderful restaurants, steps to the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean, appliances were modern and the beds were very comfortable. Expensive but worth it.
