The facility appears fairly new and in good shape.
I felt the wknd manager at check in was dismissive of my request and concern that they did not give me Marriott points because I booked through a third party instead of directly. Apparently, over 20 years of loyalty to the brand is not as important as whatever fees that had to give up to Booking.com.

The general appeal was good, the bathroom mirror was beautiful
We had to get a new room key about 3 times during our stay. Between those time we were locked out while trying to carry luggage. The elevators were always busy and one of them was never working. The pool stated it was closed when we arrived and then later stated it was open, but when me and my husband got changed into our bathing suits and went down it was closed but still stated it was open. One of the days we went to have breakfast hardly anything was out to eat and it was well before the time breakfast ended. I was upset with the cost for what we got. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for cheaper and longer.
