Easy free parking. When I arrived home after my flight the hotel called me to let me know that my son forgot his headphones. They promptly mailed them to me!!!

The reason I gave a 3-star rating for this hotel is because of the quality of the breakfast and the attitude of the staff who was in charge of the breakfast. I was disappointed in the amount of items offered. Other hotels that I have been to have more of a variety of items available. The lady who was in charge of refilling ites

Swimming pool a little too cold for me, but my mom, though cold, didn’t stop her from getting her laps in. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub/ whirlpool!! Our queen beds were very comfortable!! Love all the pillows on the bed with different options to choose the comfort needs. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food and drinks. Really enjoyed our stay!! Always a win with Hampton Inn! Our check in person and check out person at the desk were super friendly and pleasant. Appreciate the cleanliness.

I guess i expected a Hampton hotel by Hilton to be better than Holiday Inn Express, but it wasn't. The thermostat in the room only kind of controlled the temperature so you got both hot and cold all night. In one elevator you had to go to the 2nd floor and then press the door for the first floor. The next day the 3 button stopped working in the other elevator. When i told the person at the desk. He just didn't say anything at all. The fridge is made so that it only works a few hours at a time then it shuts off for 8 hours, which isn't good for storing leftovers. The ice machine kept leaking water. The snack center by the front desk was poorly stocked. The coffee in the room was really bad, and it wasn't much better downstairs. I really exoected this hotel to be better than it was because it's Hampton by Hilton, but it wasn't.

Beds were good - room was clean. Had to ask for more towels (only gave 2 and a girl needs her hair towel) and no extra TP either. No ability to keep the fan running as we like the noise. Breakfast was not replenished well (we were there about 9 am) -

Easy check in. We had a question about our television and the desk attendant came up immediately to help. The towels and bedding are all white….super clean bed. Nice size room with fridge and large tv. We would definitely come back.

One of the light bulbs in the bathroom was out, and when I checked in I had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came to the desk. She was away from the front desk helping another guest. Other than that, it was a good experience, and we would stay there again if we were back in town.

The property itself was in good condition and I felt safe there. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but the little I did, was good. My room was excellent. I really liked how big and clean it was. It was immaculate. I liked how the pool and hot tub area was on the second floor. The breakfast was fantastic, so the reviews about that were accurate. My only issues were that the people next to me were extremely loud. I could hear everything going on in the room next to me and in the hallway. Also, I was on the second floor and could hear the people above me. That was extremely annoying, so there was no quiet. Other than that, it was a great hotel and stay. I would and will be staying here again and hope that I get a quieter room next time.

So inviting as soon as you walked through the doors, clean and homey atmosphere! The room was clean, cozy, the bed was spot on, everything was neat and tidy, the pool and hot tub was awesome, the free breakfast was delicious, great variety, and the littdining area was clean and very inviting. My grandkids fell asleep at 11, check out waz 12, but they allowed me to stay an extra hour as not to wake them. We had a great time, Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this hotel this year. We stay here for Notre Dame football games. It's an hour drive but the staff is really nice and the rooms are very clean. The bed, what can I say. The mattress and the pillows are divine. I recommend the Hampton Inn Warsaw.
