Bland and watery

No running water in the first room, had to be moved to a different room and that room had no hot water at the sink and the leftover food in the refrigerator.

Front desk staff was very polite. Good amenities. Clean and comfortable

Second time staying at this hotel and no coffee maker in the room. I need a cup of coffee when I first wake up to get moving.

Our room was clean and nice, staff was very nice at checkin, my only complaint would be Breakfast hours aren't that good, if you've been traveling and get in late, people like to sleep in. With breakfast hours ending at 830 doesn't leave much time to eat fresh food. You have to choose sleep in or eat. Maybe extend hours

Plenty of breakfast in the morning, but there weren’t a lot of guests. Night receptionist was very pleasant upon check in. We got to our room, and it was obvious the fridge didn’t work. Which normally isn’t a big deal, but we had a lot of leftovers from dinner so it was kind of a necessity. Went to the front desk and asked to just change rooms since there weren’t many guests, reception said, “I’ll look at it in a bit, my hands are currently tied”. Okay, that’s fine. She came up half an hour later, looked at it, told us to call again in half an hour if it wasn’t cold. Even though it didnt change at all during the time we waited for her to come up after we did some basic troubleshooting. At that point, we didn’t care anymore and just wanted to rest. $80 worth of food (the same price as the room) went to waste because it was too much of a hassle. Bed was comfortable, pool wasn’t freezing, breakfast was pretty decent! Next time we choose a hotel in Warsaw, we”ll go to the Hampton or Fairfield.

Great Stay

Had to change rooms twice because tv didn’t work and lights didn’t wirk

The bed was very comfortable. 2 lights out in the bathroom. Appreciated that the A/C did not blow cold. It cooled the room without freezing air. Room was clean and TV worked!

Great Comfort, But Needs Attention to Functional Details Our stay at the Best Western Plus Warsaw was a mixed experience; while the room offered excellent comfort, it was somewhat hampered by several maintenance and functional issues that should be addressed. The Highlights (Comfort & Amenities): The best part of our stay was the comfort level. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep. We also appreciated the fantastic water pressure in the shower. Additionally, the third-floor lounge looked inviting and well-maintained, though we did not use the amenity. Maintenance and Functionality Issues: We encountered persistent issues that detracted from the experience. The main elevator was small and had a noticeable delay, or hesitation, upon arriving at the floor before the doors would open. Inside the room, the door was finicky, requiring firm effort to ensure it was fully closed and securely locked. Regarding charging, we could only locate one convenient electrical outlet, and our chargers would not stay securely plugged in making them unusable. Crucially, we were unable to connect to guest Wi-Fi, as access information was either missing or the service was unavailable. Furthermore, the small refrigerator in our room did not function. (Note: I informed the staff at check-out, so I can't confirm how quickly they would handle the repair.) Clean room. Staffs were soo friendly.

Good however maybe need more variety!

The motel and its staff were great. The TV was connected to the door light switch so you couldn't good to sleep with the TV in sleep mode. A pothole at the entrance of the property damaged my rim and tire.

Great breakfast Little shampoo/conditioner in room

I didn’t like that the pool was not up and running and we was not told at or before check in. I had to ask during our stay. Other than that our stay was great! They were very nice great food. Also my daughter has a dairy allergy and the lady in the kitchen was happy to explain to me what had dairy and what didn’t. Would definitely stay here again.

I like they gave me handicapped. I didn’t like they did not have a shower. I had to have them fix toilet seat that was loose. Also light burned out. Also another light kept blinking all night. Anything I said was fixed right away. Seemed old .

Facility was poorly maintained, it had a very stringent uncomfortable odor when we walked into the lobby. There was a pile of what looked like tile glue stuck to the floor of the shower that was dirty, looking and certainly spoke about poor maintenance. If I had the ability to switch hotels, I certainly would have.

Misrepresentation of amenities acessability. Had planned a whole day around the pool and it wasn’t available

This is a great hotel to stay at. Hotel is well maintained and rooms are modern and are a good size. Also quiet and clean. Great breakfast!

It was dated but fairly clean. It was nice and close to the college we were visiting. Nothing fancy but the sheets and towels were clean.

The hotel was not in good condition. I think the building was old. Our room smelled pretty bad and we aren’t sure why. It kind of smelled like mold or mildew. Good breakfast though
