It was ok. But unable to bathe because we had no hot water.

The breakfast was fine.

We had no hot water. There was a problem with noise all night long. I think it was either on our hallway or on the floor above our room.

The staff. Particularly, a staff member by the name of Mason. I made a mistake, in scheduling. I had the wrong weekend. Without reservation insurance, I could’ve lost my prepaid room. And would’ve had to pay, again to stay that night. Mason want the extra mile to straighten out my reservation. Something he did not have to do.

The property is clean, well-maintained, centrally located and has all the basics that are needed Or put the hotel, over the top, for me was the work of the staff/, Mason.

Hampton Inn - Great place for a good night’s rest!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and cozy!

We stayed for two nights and wanted to make full use of the included breakfast 6a - 10a, however, on the second morning, we found the breakfast bar was being deconstructed well before the 10am closing. This was very disconcerting as this item was a very important aspect of our booking this hotel.

Service. Lady serving the breakfast was not friendly it all. She stopped adding food at 9:20 even though they advertise breakfast until 10am. She was asked a couple times about different items, she said they were no more. She Started cleaning and putting things inside at 9:30. There was a lot of people at 9:30 am still looking for anything and everything was out. People did asked her for items, she said that they were out.

It was nice!

The location was perfect for what we were there for, and the parking was easy to access.

The breakfast was good, but there was a lot of waste! It was weird to have biscuits with NO gravy. Instead they had a crock pot filled with Oatmeal next to the biscuits. We watched so many people put spoonful's of oatmeal on their biscuits, only to get to the table and realize it was not sausage gravy. Then they threw away their whole plate and started over. It was a lot of wasted food, and when we suggested to the lady in charge that she move one or the other in order to stop the confusion - she said that corporate said she had to do it that way. You really need to rethink your breakfast choices or layout.

Hight recommend this hotel

That staff was very helpful and the rooms so clean. They had a smell of being clean and fresh. No dirt, mold or peeling paint to be found. Very impressed. Breakfast very good and the attendant very nice and did his best to meet everyone's needs and was so nice

We asked to use the conference room for a pizza party and the front desk staff allowed us to do so with no hesitation. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The bacon wasn’t crispy, only ate one piece and threw the other two pieces away. The rest was fine!
