This place exceeded my expectations. My impression of this hotel is that it was an older hotel that Tru by Hilton came in and remodeled. I don't know if the stuff they did will hold up over time, but I liked it. Everything in my room looked pretty new. The hard floors looked like newer waterproof laminate or something, it didn't feel cheap. All the furniture was open. There were no drawers, everything was a shelf or a rack in the open for hanging your clothes. I don't know how they will hold up over time, but I kind of like being able to take a quick look and see if I have everything before I leave. The bathroom was a walk in shower. For me, this is a huge plus. I hate tubs in a hotel room. I don't take baths and one time I slipped in one because a mat wasn't placed in the tub. Walk ins are so much better. All the shampoo/body wash were in tubes that were on the wall. You had to squeeze to get them out (I have never seen this before). You get quite a bit of product with a single squeeze, so I liked them. All the trim looked new to me. Beds were comfortable. The lobby looked really nice. A lot of couches and tables spread out to hang out if you choose to do so. The breakfast was awesome. There were a lot of options. They had cheese omelettes premade which was a nice touch. I didn't use it, but they had a yogurt dispenser that was kind of interesting. I just wasn't hungry enough to use it. They had an ice machine on my floor and then in the lobby by the elevators there was a station to fill your water bottle, which is nice as I like to drink water. Everything in this hotel looked very new.

The TV in my room was hung crooked. It didn't bother me that much, but I was surprised that the hotel wouldn't have it rehung because it was kind of obvious. This didn't affect me, but might be a downside for some: No tub, if you like to take baths you are out of luck. As stated above, I don't like them because of the trip/slip hazard when I take a shower. The walk in does have handles to hold as well (I didn't have an ADA room). There are no drawers. If you like to hide things in your room on a long stay this could be a problem. I didn't notice a safe either (could be wrong here, I didn't look at it that closely). I was only there one night, so it wasn't a concern for me, but could be an issue for some people.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast bar with the pan cake maker is fantastic

The location of this hotel is perfect for a town the size of Warsaw.

Late night employee was beyond unfriendly and has an attitude problem. It's sad when you check in at night after a 16 hour road trip and the employee makes it feel as if you're inconveniencing him to do his job. I wish I could say this was a one time issue but it was a daily issue with him. The hospitality industry probably isn't the right choice for him. He also reeked of marijuana and so did a lot of the rooms and hallways. The room felt dirty and not cleaned properly before check in, the floor felt sticky and gross. The TV in the room was not user friendly and didn't function properly which was extremely frustrating. Housekeeping skipped my room all week long so during a 5 night stay I never once got clean sheets or new towels. Completely unacceptable. I should have complained to the staff about the conditions but I honestly didn't trust them to do the right thing or make it right.
