Decent but beware non-refundable pet and incidental fees

Comfortable, clean, in a decent area for traveling through.

The breakfast was just ok. It was alright for a quick meal but not the best. They did bring iut fresh omlets when i was down in the lobby so they were nice and warm and the pancake machine made the oancakes fresh right in front of you. I would have kiked some more fresh fruit options etc. Also, we travel a lot with our dogs and are very used to the routine of having to put a card on file for incidentals. As far as quality and pricing of this location it is definitely on the cheaper end of where we would usually choose to stay but needed a hotel in a pinch on our way to our destination. They took an incidentals fee AND a pet fee. We paid almost as much just in fees as we did for the room. While I absolutely agree having a card on file, in the instance that someone's pet destroys a room, is more than reasonable I do think these fees should be managed and refunded if the room was not left a mess upon check out.

The location of this hotel is perfect for a town the size of Warsaw.

Late night employee was beyond unfriendly and has an attitude problem. It's sad when you check in at night after a 16 hour road trip and the employee makes it feel as if you're inconveniencing him to do his job. I wish I could say this was a one time issue but it was a daily issue with him. The hospitality industry probably isn't the right choice for him. He also reeked of marijuana and so did a lot of the rooms and hallways. The room felt dirty and not cleaned properly before check in, the floor felt sticky and gross. The TV in the room was not user friendly and didn't function properly which was extremely frustrating. Housekeeping skipped my room all week long so during a 5 night stay I never once got clean sheets or new towels. Completely unacceptable. I should have complained to the staff about the conditions but I honestly didn't trust them to do the right thing or make it right.

Reservation Finally Confirmed

Room was Clean and functional. This was our second stay. The first time we felt welcomed and the staff was friendly. We liked the facility, that's why we chose to return. Larita, the sweet lady who tended to the breakfast counter and lobby area was very conscientious about her responsibilities. And she was welcoming.

Our arrival - front desk staff was not welcoming. Acted more like we were an inconvenience. His conversation was mumbled as he informed us that they did not have our reservation. I still don't know who dropped the ball, if it was him or booking.com. I was able to contact booking.com and they called the front desk and the reservation was then found.

Terrible Customer Service!

The room was reasonably sized, and reasonably updated.. the only reason it didn't get a 1.

To begin with, we could not locate the hotel with Google Maps... it took us to a different location. We finally located it by driving around and seeing the sign. We were extremely disappointed with the staff. There was a 'party' going on outside our door until after 11:30PM, yelling, loud talking and laughing. We contacted the girl at the front desk... I didn't even have to tell her where the loud noise was coming from, she told me. Yet she and whatever other staff working that night had failed to put a stop to it even though I was told "quiet time" began at 10PM. After our call, the people did settle down... but, I wonder how long it would have been allowed to continue if I hadn't complained. We spoke with the morning girl and asked for a discount for our trouble, she seemed sympathetic, but we did not receive anything.... didn't even receive an email apology.... nothing. Very poor customer service, disappointing.
