Newer building, good amenities, nice staff, very clean

The room was very clean, updated, and spacious. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. Nice place to stay..

Upscale hotel, broken entry door key pad, with rude staff member, and awesome breakfasts. Paying hundreds of dollars for a room one would expect entry. Rear keypad to dining area was broken. I tried multiple times to gain access. Finally went to the other dining area door and again tried several times and it finally let me in. When I went to tell the staff about it one host was very pleasant then another walked up and quickly dismissed me like some school boy. I can appreciate the multiple entry points into an establishment. It is certainly frustrating to pay hundreds of dollars for multiple nights and not be able to walk into any entry door with proper guest credentials when that door is designed for guest entry. At the very least they could have put up a sign on both sides of the door warning of an issue.

Great place, clean and nice facilities, but staff on nights lacks experience, ran my card for deposit three times and caused my account to freeze by the bank, still waiting on refund. Needs improvement on training staff.

Great place for a 3-day stay!

Charged me for internet!!??? They have free regular internet or extra for high speed internet. We didn't ask for high speed internet but, we got it anyway. View from the room and the general area was somewhat disappointing.

Room, lobby and outdoor space very clean

When I checked in, the key card worked byt the door would not open. Had to go down to front desk & they assigned another room. Ice maker did not work on the 4th floor. Had to go down to the erd floor.

I travel to this hotel regularly (nearly monthly) for personal travel. Management recently changed and the vibe of the hotel is no longer upbeat or even happy. I was sad to see the usual staff gone, food quality dropped, and a constant flow of FoxNews on the TV. Regardless of your political position I think we can agree that we should go back to Good Morning America. I hope they turn this around soon!

This was our second time staying there and the first time the pool was closed. Now when we stayed here again it was closed again! That was our main thing to go to spend time in the pool as a family. I asked for a refund since that is why we were there and they didn't have all the amenities but I did not hear anything back from them. I am very unhappy about our stay. Our whole family was really upset we had to work on getting our spirits back up to have fun. Their breakfast was not good at all. We could have stayed at a better hotel for less money per night with a pool and good food. The one we usually stay at you can make your own waffles. This place has waffles but it's in a plastic sealed bag and has absolutely no flavor. I realize I maybe should have called to see if the pool is open but why would you not think it isn't open? I feel it was in there best interest to let the people know that we're planning on staying there that the pool is closed, I think that would be just common courtesy!

Stay one night and was very pleased with the hotel. Staff were super friendly, hotel was very clean and breakfast was great.

The room was amazing

Staff was nice. There was a hole in the ceiling over toilet ..looked like it had been there.the fridge was not plugged in. We got moved to another room . The phone was unplugged from wall. The soap in bathroom in shower was empty. Aside from that everything else was good

Wonderful, clean place to stay. Heater in pool is "in and out" and staff said they were waiting on a part. Freezing temp in pool.

The property overbooked the place and we had to find last minute options.

Room was nice and clean. All you hear the entire night is doors slamming. You can hear everything going on in the hallways and the rooms next to you.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Pull out mattress was about 1 inch thick and terrible for sleeping on. Broken shower ledge with exposed edges. Apple juice machine at breakfast had bugs in it. SUPER disappointing and not at all how the previous reviews described

Breakfast was abysmal. Mold on the bottom of the muffin and two types of sausage that neither tasted right. I would have been better off getting fast food. Disappointed considering the price of the room.

We had another hotel cancel our reservations, so we were able to book this at the last minute. Was a bit further away than our other hotel but WAY BETTER for the money. Blessing in disguise.

This was a very nice hotel. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed our stay.
