Get what you pay for.Beneficial for groups of 5+
Location was good.Directly beside a restaurant also. Coffee beans/Machine provided upon arrival which was a nice touch.Plenty of parking spaces.Host was easy to contact and quick to reply. Late check-out was available.Can sleep more than 7 people as there was 9 single beds + sofa bed in the apartment.Quiet residence.Plenty of Taxis in the area.

Bad smell situtation
The location is good. Is not so far from Eifel National park. Other than that, the flat is quite big and with sufficient space for 2 couples. The host was very communicative and responsive with emails.
When we arrived we had a really strong smoking smell on the whole flat, even inside each room. We opened every window and let it ventilate during hours but the smell would not go away during the next 2 days. I'm not sure if someone was smoking a lot inside the flat or it was something else (e.g painting or due the construction right next to the flat). This was a really big issue for us since one of our friends suffers from Asthma and she got a really bad breathing problems during the night. I would not come back knowing that the flat has this smell issues. Lastly, although it was not a big deal, there was a construction site right next to flat (visible from the living room as it has big windows). One morning we had foreigner people parking there (which should not be allowed as they were clearly not working there) with clear visibility of our living room through the windows (if closed, the flat would not have any natural light and rather be completely dark).
