Amazing location, reception staff was great, rooms are clean,

The location was perfect, amazing location, you couldn’t get any better. 10 minutes to food places,shops, 5 minutes to Nürburgring. Room are spotless, and beds were comfortable.

Staff in the food area could of been a bit more helpful, left us 50 minutes with little kids, and still didn’t tell us about about our food wasn’t going to be ready as more orders came through that other people have ordered after us, so our food still wasn’t made, which we was a little bit disappointed as driving 5 hours and we was all hungry and tired. The staff on reception was amazing, couldn’t be more helpful.

Really great property close to the Nurburgring

House was great on an amazing location close to the ring. Property was really clean and could fit 5 people comfortably. Staff was really nice and welcoming.

more utensils for cooking, speed bumps and driveways are steep. If you come with a low car, request a house with a more flat driveway. One of the showers was unusable due to the design of the bathroom (only bath).

Great views, fantastic accommodation, close to the ring.

Fantastic views, the place was gorgeous, very spacious and great facilities. Beds were supremely comfy, and the addition of fans was a great touch. Cooking equipment was plentiful.

WI-FI was slow, didn’t reach the upstairs rooms very well, used data nearly 90% of the time. The TV was very dated.

Great experience

Location is great although you do have to drive to restaurants etc. Staff were helpful and the stay was overall a great experience. Parking is excellent for lots of cars. BBQ for hire was a nice touch.

There is no air conditioning which is probably ok most of the time but it was v hot when I was there. Also quite a lot of flies from the fields around. But it was good.

Organised chaos

Great views, staff were nice, secure site

Driveways are ridiculously steep, even a range rover can’t get on them. Door locks stopped working continuously leaving us locked out with no staff on site to sort it out. had to drive 10 minutes up to the other hotel. Very scarce facilities and people revving their cars at 2am

Excellent accommodation, secure site and the on site catering is brilliant, 5 min from the track and complex, comfy beds with stunning views

Stayed here for last 15 years and the staff and facilities are great.

The only issue I have is since Hyatt took over the booking is a pain going through their call centre and they weren’t very knowledgeable about the property.

Excellent location, friendly staff and great value for money. If you’re a big or small group, it’s easy to make friends with fellow enthusiasts and the variety of cars is great!

As expected, the location does bring the car community together which is pleasant as long as you enjoy the odd drink inflicted rev off at 1-2AM. We also stayed opposite another group of car enthusiasts that prevented easy access to our property and weren’t too friendly when asking if they could move their car and trailer (and themselves as they had deck chairs across the road…) just to be able to park on our drive

1) Noise at night from other guests staying late. There should be some strict implementation of the noise rules. I couldn't sleep well. 2) Master bedroom's bathroom is good but the shower is useless because of the position of the shower head's location.

Excellent location and beautiful homes however

Whole place is lovely excellent location safe parking great size house's very well thought out, very well built lovely quite area

Breakfast is very expensive for the selection offered, Breakfast staff just 1 lady was extremely rude, we had added Breakfast to our tab for the house interrupted my conversation and Breakfast to demand I pay for my breakfast there and then, spent the entire time staring at me and my group of friends, we didn't bother going back for breakfast after this to be treated that way and also the price for what's actually available doesn't particularly weigh up,
