The private swimming pool and the garden area in front of the pool are open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The water temperature remains a pleasant 26 to 27 degrees year-round. The sauna is available for your private use 24 hours a day.

180 square meters spread over 3 floors.
Ground Floor:
Modern living and dining area with an open kitchen and a large smart TV. Adjacent to this is a large bedroom and a bathroom. Directly in front of the living room is the balcony with a grill and panoramic views.
Upper floor:
The upper floor features 2 bedrooms with Smart TVs. One bedroom has a crib. There is also another bathroom and a hallway with a foosball table on the upper floor.
Lower level:
Sauna room with lounge and Finnish sauna. You can access the swimming pool via a hallway and a lockable door. (Open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.)

The vacation home is located right in the Vordereifel hiking and biking region.
Hiking & Biking:
The certified “Wanderather Traumpfad” trail and the “7-Dörfer-Weg” trail start right nearby. Other highlights, such as Eltz Castle, the Daun Maars, or the Moselle River, are about a 30-minute drive away.
Action & Family:
The Nürburgring, with its famous Nordschleife, is the heart of the region and just a 10-minute drive away. The Eifelpark Gondorf amusement park and the Daun Wildlife and Adventure Park are also about 30 minutes away.
Shopping & Dining:
The towns of Adenau (15 min.) and Mayen (20 min.) offer numerous supermarkets and shops. You’ll find restaurants within a 5- to 10-minute drive in the surrounding towns and at the Nürburgring.
Parking & Directions:
There is a large parking lot right outside the door where you can easily park two vehicles.
