The property location was good for the price. We had 5 adults and 3 toddlers and it was great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen and bathrooms were super clean.
Other reviews talk about how the property is dirty and there is a huge house blocking the beach view, this is true. I wouldn’t say the house is super dirty but definitely hasn’t been deep cleaned. It could use a good dusting and wall cleaning. We weren’t sure how to access the beach so we had to walk to the next street over and go through the public beach access.

Loved how the home had the open concept so everyone can interact with each other no matter where they were on the lower level.
No view anymore or beach access from property. When renting the property it still had beach view. But loved the home anyways.

The beds were comfortable. Ample space in the kitchen for holding our supplies. Clean bathrooms.
Seating in the living area for large group was inadequate. The two side chairs were very uncomfortable and no one sat in them. The dishwasher top tray was broken and eventually did break, not allowing closure. My daughter washed the outside window over the sink in the kitchen - it was filthy. The room became brighter as a result. The power in master bedroom kept going off. Help did arrive to show where the breaker was, but it kept going off. The online pictures do not accurately reflect the property or its location. For example, one picture shows the building on an isolated lot with a large parking area all around and no other properties near by. We were surprised to see the building in the middle of a neighborhood when we arrived.
