Had a smell to it…couldn’t figure it out!

Nice house with a lot of extras. Unfortunately, there were pretty bad ants that got into our food and although the house initially seemed clean it really wasn’t. The utility room sink didn’t work, there was sand everywhere and it honestly looks like it hasn’t been cleaned quite a while. Dog hair everywhere including in silverware drawers. The kitchen badly needs a deep clean. This would probably help with the ants. Otherwise we were comfortable and the house was nice. It said it had a pool which it does not, and they just got back to us right away and gave us a decent discount. There is a park a few blocks away as well.
