We liked the location and the well equipped kitchen and bedrooms.
The top balcony was very dirty with mold on the railings. It would be very nice if it had an outdoor dining table with umbrella to enjoy eating outside. It would make a wonderful experience during an extended stay.

Great location, appreciate beach toys, and washer/dryer was great.
Chunks missing on stairwell, walls, and floor boards. Dirty floors, needed to be dusted, fix nozzle on hose by door.
