Perfect for families! Everything was a bit aged, but that helped with the comfort level of having kids and a pet there. The views were exceptional, and the hosts were anxious to help and make things better. Our only complaint was the home was set up for 10 people, and we ran out of toilet paper by day 2-3 on a 7 day stay. We never had to turn on the ac because the sliding doors opened and kept the living space fresh. Privacy was amazing also.

You definitely get what you pay for in this house. It is old and in slight disrepair but the views are AMAZING and the price is very low. It worked for our needs and the property manager was very communicative. The location is good, short drive to beach and other coastal towns like Astoria and Seaside. There was bedding left in the washer and dryer, which wasn’t too big of a deal, and the it didn’t seem like the floors had been vacuumed/cleaned. Also, there aren’t a lot of towels. Oh, and the stove only had one knob on it, but we were still able to cook what we needed.Overall, the price is low and if you gauge your expectations accordingly, it’s really not a bad stay.

Positives- This property has an epic view with balconies on every level, big enough to accommodate our party of 6, accepts pets, and the beds are comfortable.
Negatives- Property was not clean enough to my liking, needed updated, and the carpets and furniture were very worn. It’s more of a camp type vibe.
