Location, size, how equipped the house was. Kids enjoyed it even though we were in there for 1 night. Loved how updated everything was, probably one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in.
The only thing that was a miss was the excessive dog hair around the house, including the washer. I understand pets are allowed but it would be completely perfect if pet hair was able to be more picked up. Perhaps, changing the bedding after guests with pets and vacuuming the furniture a little more would be helpful.

We needed three bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. Decent supply of dishes, cooking pots and pans. Would have loved a colander.
Planned to grill as it was listed, and found it filthy and the propane nearly empty. We were not going to spend an hour cleaning it to fix the meat we brought. Then after a shower, the towel bar came off the wall. A paint strip marking the two step decline on the deck would be helpful as one person nearly fell.
