Location, size, how equipped the house was. Kids enjoyed it even though we were in there for 1 night. Loved how updated everything was, probably one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in.
The only thing that was a miss was the excessive dog hair around the house, including the washer. I understand pets are allowed but it would be completely perfect if pet hair was able to be more picked up. Perhaps, changing the bedding after guests with pets and vacuuming the furniture a little more would be helpful.
